My stay was very nice here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will want a car if you stat at this hotel as it is a few KMs from the city center. The woman that checked me was very helpful in letting me know to park at the train and bus station. This worked fantastic. Cheap and easy walk of a couple blocks to the Dragon Bridge and city center. Ljubljana was beautiful and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Some people were complaining on reviews about the road noise but I experienced none of that. My room was perfectly quiet.

Coming from a bad situation and had to leave immediately from the house where I was in before, this hotel had a room available for me. The working people there were very kind and professional and made me feel safe. The room was basic, bit good enough and clean. I will come back there because of the location, the working people and how nice it was.

The bathroom was really out dated. Maybe they can do something about it. But I was glad and thankful to stay there.

Simple, clean and organized hotel with attentive staff. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it does its job very well. Safe, quiet, with good internet and a restaurant overlooking the highway and as far as the eye can see. There are free car spaces right in front of the hotel. It's just a little far from the city center, but it's that´s fine if you have a car. I, within my style and travel profile, recommend it.

some rooms are spacious..others not so much for 2 people but the price for the rooms was great...for single is fine...staff 5 stars..parking..close to ljubljana..very clean although there is room for improvement...bed mattress comfortable....great value for money...views from front rooms overlooking the main road and mountains...not noisy...if you drive great place..will stay again...

We arrived at night to Liubliana at the train station, we walked for 1000 metres to the Hotel, with a Late check in and the keys were on the desk when we arrived. The personal is amazing and they speak perfect english. The breakfast is very good and included in the price. Though the bedroom was outdated it was perfect to rest. It is in the middle way between Bled Lake and Liubliana. Highly recommended.

The curtains in my bedroom were too short and couldn't cover the entire window glass, so we couldn't sleep as much as we could with the sunlight. There was apparently a blackout but the stripe to pull was broken. They should fix it!

Excellent facilities, room was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing, extremely accommodating. After hours checkin was simple and efficient, and accomodated all my requests. 1st floor is fully accessible so people with mobility issues shouldn't have any issues. There are stairs only to the 2nd floor. Ample free parking, and markets and stores withing 15 min driving range. View and area is amazing and peaceful with a forest on one side and view of mountains on the other.

The hotel is somewhat off major highways/public transport so travel without a car could be challenging for some, though there are taxi/shuttle options which the hotel can assist with. As it's in the countryside, insects, wasps, bees, etc are plentiful and tend to be drawn to people having breakfast on the terrace.. might be an issue if you have allergies to bites and stings just as a note of caution.

I loved the mountains so natural hiking and biking the people were very helpful and friendly I would recommend you add The Mendo Hotel to be a part of your journey in Solvenia Ljubljana

The weather not use to cold of the mountains seasons that surround the country

Location is about 10kms from city center of Ljubljana, its motorway and you need about 15mins to come to the hotel. Hotel is on the quiet place. Rooms look as 2 stars hotel, enough for sleep.

For similar money we had One66 hotel, which is much better. Hotel is okay for 1-2 nights.

The hotel is in a quiet location (there is a road that runs below the hotel but it didn't bother me as I had the room on the other side) Air conditioning works well, fast wifi, convenient parking 15 minutes by car from the center of Ljubljana There is a nice terrace in the hotel where you can have breakfast with a nice view Friendly and helpful staff

Pillow too soft Unfortunately the minibar in the room was dirty and I didn't use it
