The hotel is newly renovated and the owners put a lot of thought into the chosen design. The room itself served us well, as we were 4 adults the bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable, but still okay. The breakfast had a good selection of bread, fruits, cheeses, eggs...everything you could wish for. Two days even freshly baked specialities from Slovenia. Overall we had a great time.

Unfortunately the cleaning of the bathroom in our 4 days was unsatisfactory. The staff just changed the towels and stacked up the hygienic articles. To give a 10 out of 10 next time we wish that the cleaning routine improves and the basin and toilet are cleaned.

Nice hotel for a sleepover. Late check-in is possible via a pin code that is previously shared via message. Located around 20 min from Ljubljana and 30 min from Bled. Nice design, yet the rooms themselves are not very spacious. Enough parking lots next to the hotel.

I feel uncomfortable having non-changeable PIN codes for two rooms that follow the same pattern (first two digits: identical fixed number, last two digits: room number). Would feel more comfortable if the PIN code would be arbitrary for each room. The breakfast was offered as a buffet using (mostly) Lidl products. More real local products would have been nicer

we were satisfied with the accommodation. the room was big and spacious air conditioning was priceless in those hot days breakfast was modest but good, everyone had their own. and the coffee was excellent

the offer for sleeping included two double beds. one bed was ok, but one bed was small, it was not a double bed of classic size. two adults had a problem sleeping on it. When I asked about it, I found out at the end of the stay that it was a room for 3 people. the lady at the reception apologized to us and was very sorry

Apart from the beautiful room and hotel itself, the staff that works there is amazing. They are so nice and thoughtful. I booked the hotel for my parents anniversary and wanted to put a little surprise for them. I was prepared to pay but they were so nice and put it as a present from them to. So I would recommend this small family hotel to anyone who wants a beautiful room, with privacy, delicious food and amazing owners. The satisfaction is 100%.

The lady in reception was very polite and welcoming. Apartment #6 was large and the bedroom was comfortable. Excellent breakfast! The lake is 3 minutes' walk away from the hotel is beautiful and recommended for morning walk.

Room #2 which we got for our first day was inconvenient as the double bed was attached to the wall, the extra bed was interfering and taking space in vain. Some other rejects were provided by us to the front desk lady. She was receptive to fix them. After complaing about the room, we were moved to room #6 where everything was perfect for us.

Location is very good if you plan to travel alot. It was nice place to stay for bed&breakfast only. Nearby is lake. Breakfast was really good, there was everything you need. Big free parking across the street. On first floor is kitchen available for all visitors, it is good equiped.

Nearby is no place to eat except one restaurant near lake. Room is tiny, but it has everything needed.

It is in a very quiet area and so peaceful. So close to the lake for children to feed the ducks and swans and enjoy a nice walk. Breakfast is good and has everything we need.

All is good but would be nice to be able to have a coffee before 7.30am but a coffee shop is not far away so it wasn’t too bad.

Excellent rooms. Very modern and tidy. Newly renovated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was just beautiful, very close to the lake. Breathtaking spot.

There wasn't much to dislike. The only negative I could say is that because they were renovating the outside of the building, it wasn't quite finished yet. It's going to look excellent when it's done.

Very helpful staff, we had bikes with us and they offered to put them in their store room for security if we wanted. In the end we didn't use it and the bikes were fine. Good breakfast options, including hot options.

Nice and friendly hosts. The rooms were very clean but pretty small. They have been renovating facade during our stay but there was not any noise early in the morning so we could sleep normally. Also they apologies for this and were very kind. I saw how it will look after renovation, and it will be wonderful, hope to go back again. :)
