Very convenient for the airport, with reasonable sized rooms. Friendly staff at reception. There was a good selection for breakfast, all tasty.

One of our rooms smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't be offered an alternative. The hotel is at the edge of an industrial estate and our room had views of this instead of mountains- it wasn't a problem but the photos online don't reflect this.

Great location if you have a car – 30 minutes from Bled and the capital, and 40–50 minutes from Triglav National Park. The room is huge, a bit old-fashioned, but if you’re from the Balkans it won’t feel strange to you :D Breakfast was great, and there’s plenty of parking available. Also, great view from the window!

Located in the shopping district of Kranj, with parking in front of the hotel. Fast check-in and attentive staff. Very big room, clean on the surface, but things like carpet could use a deep cleaning.

The breakfast area is too small for the moment when everyone comes in. You can't even squeeze through or sit comfortably at the table without bumping people behind you. The food is replenished, but the serving area is also very small so the staff has to do it all the time. All in all a decent hotel, but not really 4-star quality.

The location, using GPS was somehow hard to find, but it was quiet and very close to the road. You may find nearby a commercial complex. The staff is kindly and attentive, and they are willing to solve any problem that may occur.

The breakfast was good, but they served the same menu each day. Free coffee, even made at a coffee machine was of a low quality/taste. The cleanliness is generally acceptable, but there were mould spots in the shower and the drainage was clogged.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially when the young lady offered to cook fresh scrambled eggs for me and my girlfriend, that was very kind. I also appreciate the room, it was huge and the bathtub was very comfortable

Maybe renew the bed sheets and sheet covers?

Great place to stay and very convenient for passing through Slovenia. Staff were lovely. No evening restaurant, but food options and supermarkets nearby.

Air conditioning didn’t work well in the room we stayed in. In a heat wave it was uncomfortable. We were in the junior suite. Wouldn’t recommend this particular room again, but rest of hotel fine.

We arrived late at night after a delayed flight. It was just ten mins from airport for a quick sleep before starting rest of our holiday. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast.

Good stop if you have some business at the nearby airport. Located next to the shopping center and good places to eat and drink. Although located close to the airport the noise of arriving/departing aircraft was no issue at all.
