Excellent location. Walkable distance from central bus and train stations. Most of the major attractions in Ljubljana are reachable by foot. Room was also comfortable with all the facilities provided. Clean and well maintained also

Reception is not always open. Had to call the person when we arrived and waited for few minutes for the person to arrive. It would be nice if there is a staff at the reception atleast during the check in hours

Beautiful and cozy vibe, very comfortable! Wifi worked well too.

It was slightly cold and there was something like wood lice on the toilet paper at first.

The location was super central only a few mins walk from all the shops and restaurants. The staff were accommodating and receptionist very friendly. The room was a fair size and with a good ensuit. The room was very clean and bathroom nice and modern. The room was bright and light and well equipped with a big tv.

The mattress was memory foam which I found rather uncomfortable and gave me a sore back however this is personal preference. The duvet was two single duvets instead of one double for a double bed. There was air con in the room but no remote. When asked I was told they were waiting for the remotes to be sent out from the office. There are lovely big windows in the room however which open so not the end of the world.

Location is amazing and so is the staff - very friendly and accommodating 10/10!! I also loved the room amenities and the big windows. It was clean and it smelled nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Looking at the photos of my selected room online, it seemed that some rooms are much larger, while mine was one of the smaller ones. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable ones, but they are still great value for the price.

Friendly staff who help us park the car and show us the room. The room was clean and everything essential and desirable was included. TV with many channels and a good working A/C. Check-out was easy and simple. Location is perfect, just 10-minute walk to the tourist city centre. I would recommend this place for a stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Contacted us as soon as rooms were available, earlier than expected. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Overall the property was very calm and quiet, although it is located just a few minutes walk from the city centre.

Only 1 key per room - usually enough for pairs, but we as friends moved quite a lot separately, so it required some coordination.

Met all my expectations. It is great for the price we paid, and I would recommend it. Very clean, clean toilet, large and comfortable bed, coffee and tea provided. Good location - in center, but a bit hidden from the noise. Closer to the train station and bus station, if this is something needed. Good internet, good TV channels. I would definitely stay again. One of my best rentals in Ljubljana so far.

We had some small issues, and reception took some time to reach out as they were not always at the desk. I was not sure what time to expect them, we tried calling and it took a few calls to reach them. Eventually, it got sorted out, as thankfully it was not an emergency for us.

The location was only 10 min by walk to the city centar. The rooms are perfect size with a new renovated bathroom. The beds are strangely low but comfortable :) There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

You have a refrigerator in you room near your bed and it is constantly making strange sounds, it is a problem when you are sleeping and suddenly the fridge starts to roar.

Location is great. Only 10mins walk to bus stop if you are planning to Lake Bled or Postojna cave. It is also very close to the center. The staff is really helpful!! P.S the building doesn't have a lift, but the hotel (it's more like Airbnb) is on 1F.

I don't really like the pillows. They are not pillows AT ALL. Very big and flat.They are not even full of cotton, so can't support neck while sleep.(It's like uncomfortable cushion on the sofa.) The mattress is thin too.

These are beautiful rooms fashioned from what seems to be grand old apartments built at the turn of the 19th/20th centuries . Our room had plenty of light , lovely parquetry floors, even a couch and a small writing table. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and an electric jug for making coffee and tea. The location is excellent with easy walking to the river, the old town and the castle. Parking on site at €15/day was a huge plus for us - it meant we could mostly forget about our car but we had easy access to it for a day trip to the lakes. * be sure to reconfirm with staff that you want parking ". Clara at reception really looked after us well with a hassle free check-in and great recommendations All in all this is a really great value place to stay in Ljubliana - especially if you need parking as well
