The location is perfect - very close to the bus station, making it super easy to do day trips and travel to/from airport, and very close to the old town and all the sights you’d want to see, restaurants you’d want to visit etc without being in an overly crowded or touristy area. The studio room was super spacious and had everything we needed and more! The pool area is a total godsend to enjoy the beautiful weather and gives great views over the city and out to the castle. Although the profile says there is not a dedicated reception etc we always found staff and they were very helpful with any queries we had

The pool area is small and can get very crowded and noisy with not everyone respecting the rules - there’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just to be aware.

Great location as it is very close to dragon bridge, cathedral, castle furnicular railway, castle, cathedral and farmers market. Breakfast was lovely as one could order hot items separately. The two bed apartment was minimalist and clean. The washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a life saver as we were driving around for a couple of weeks in total. Garage is accessed by lift on lower two levels and is very secure.ironing board and iron on request. Staff were brilliant.

Microwave would be a lovely addition in the kitchen. The garage entrance to the car lift is adequate, but one of us had to get off to guide the car in despite rubber guards on the floor that prevent the car from hitting the sides.

Location in between old town and park - all walkable within a few mins. Modern look and feel, spaciousness, cleanliness, views, rooftop pool, responsiveness of concierge and friendliness of staff. Keyless entry is great for a group that come back at different times. Quietness. The fact the sofa bed was in a separate closed off room was a great surprise. The dressing gowns were lovely!

Just needs larger amount of glassware & tea towels. Not enough of the same glasses for the amount it sleeps. Would be nice to have a few basics on arrival - water, milk, a bottle of wine maybe. Also it says no glassware on rooftop but there were no alternative cups. The bar on the rooftop says its open from 3pm but we never saw that on the Sat afternoon that we stayed. Might be nice to have a music speaker you can connect to.

Location is really good, everything walkable from the location like the plaza, the triple bridge, and Ljubljana Castle. Food places also nearby. We had a good view of the castle, too. Apartment amenities were good. Modern check-in experience, communication on point. We got a washing machine in the apartment which is nice, would suggest the property to list it in the amenities as it's a good-to-have.

Parking available but a bit tight to go down the car elevator if your car is a bit wide. Free coffee we got for online check-out was only one despite a 4-person stay. Some closet hangers was a bit too high (ceiling-high) to be of use.

• Located in the city center, with all major sights within walking distance. • Very convenient bathroom layout with plenty of space for toiletries (only hair conditioner was missing). • Spacious room with lots of storage. • Dishwasher available. • Windows faced the street, but it was very quiet. • Compact and beautiful rooftop pool. • Easy and smooth self check-in. • Large, comfortable bed. • The room was clean.

• Only one elevator for a 10-floor hotel, which caused long waits (up to 10–15 minutes). • Had trouble paying with a debit card — the payment didn’t go through on the first two attempts, and only after contacting hotel support was it resolved. Booking.com still showed a “payment failed” message during that time.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was modern and clean. The pool on the roof was exceptional and view from there also.

Shower button was broken, we could not use upper shower and the lower shower was on the level of belly :). We had coffee machine, but no coffee was replaced after first day. And proper mirror could be useful in the hall. Also we did not had information about wifi connection, so we thought there was not any. Cleaning interval should be depending on stays. Due to shower our floor was wet and some dry door mat would be helpful sooner than after 3 days.

Our stay was very nice - the modern apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we would need if using the ktichen. Self check-in process was easy enough and we loved that we didn't have to deal with keys. The location was great - a short 10 minute walk to the river and centre with shops and cafes. The area felt very safe, although we weren't out late at night. The rooftop patio and pool was very cute with lovely views of the castle and city. Service at the cafe downstairs for breakfast was very nice. Parking (extra fee) was easy in the underground garage.

The apartment rooms look like a hotel, the leaving room was nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the hotel poll and the bar , especially in the evening, even tought the poll is quite small.. In the rooms we had bathrobes and shoes for poll. The rooms are good isolated and had privacy even if we shared the apartment with our friends.The hotel is in a good area, near the historical center with lots of restaurants, 10minutes walk. There are a lots of parking places near the ap. If you are lucky you can find one.The staff was great!

Nothing, we stayed just one night but everything was perfect.

The location of the property was excellent as it was easy to walk to the historic town area. The room was well designed, modern and had a lot of light with the large windows. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The cafe and bar inside and outside areas had a nice vibe to them. It is a nice feature that the washer and dryer in the lower level of the property were free to use.

The hotel needs to add an additional washer and dryer for it's size. It was difficult to find a time that the washer and dryer were not being used and we went several different times of the day.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 2 and 4 year olds. Location is good and walkable to the old town. Very modern and clean. We did not use the bar/breakfast so could not comment but it looked very inviting. Comfortable beds, hospitable staff. Check in and out easy. We did not use the car park due to other reviews stating it was hard to navigate so we parked a 10 minute walk away for £35 for 2 days. There is street parking outside the hotel which we used to unload and load our luggage. Kids briefly used the pool and loved it - it is small but a nice novelty. Would recommend to others.
