The hotel was located within walking distance of the train station as well as Old Town. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet, we didn’t hear any of the other guests coming or going. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and the food was very good.

The hotel still follows the old policy of pre-paid extra authorisation ... I prefer to go back to hotels which build mutual trust with clients.. This was a very good hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly, efficient and competent. Since we booked a suite there was plenty of room with excellent comfortable seating. The suite included a separate dining area, so a room service dinner was great. An executive lounge offered free drinks and snacks all day and we found this an appealing facility. It is a short walk to the centre of Ljubljana and the famous castle.

Breakfast was served in the top floor restaurant. We found this room excessively noisy and not relaxing.

Perfect hotel offering an exquisite blend of luxurious comfort and impeccable service, nestled in a prime location that provides easy access to local attractions. The junior suite we booked was spacious and elegant with a very nice view. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Top notch amenities, with a fine dining restaurant on roof top. A small but important detail: A state-of-the-art climate control system in the room,ensuring the perfect temperature and air quality (I am traveling a lot. Absolutely the best I have experienced).

Polite and helpfull personel, spacious room and very good breakfast.Close to old town center and there is a garage right accross the street with resonable prices.This hotel definatelly Will be our home at Ljubliana.

Noting to regret. Only vale parking at the hotel is not comprehensible. However the garage next door is the solution for the people who wants to park their car on their own.

The room and the location

I slipped and fell in the spa. I injured my left elbow and it bled a lot. the workers did not pay special attention, they tied me up. here in england it turned out to be a broken elbow cap. I asked to have dinner at the restaurant. they said everything was taken and it was only 5:00 p.m. they invited me to have dinner after 7:30 p.m. but for me that's late. I had to visit the Plaza Hotel, where I was received with a smile and enjoyed the well-cooked beef steak.

Fully functioning 5 star hotel with all the amenities you would expect. It's in a great location, just a 10 min stroll from the centre of the old town. The highlight of the hotel is on the top. It's probably the best rooftop bar in the city with wonderful views. The B restaurant, next door and with similarly impressive views, is also highly recommended. The staff across all the hotel services were absolutely on point as well.

Vallet parking is a little on the pricey side, as are the laundry services. Otherwise, it is difficult to find fault. Very well run indeed.

Very nice and modern hotel. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Trying to help. Got a very good room: big, quiet (11 floor). Nice facilities: pool, spa, Sheff restaurant at evening. Close to city center (10 minutes easy walking). Also is very close to central, big park in Ljubljana.

This hotel is so nice! The room was magnificent. Super spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for storage, the bathroom was huge with a separate toilet and shower area, the shower was heavenly! The bed was super comfy and I loved the lighting in this hotel. There are touches of lighting added everywhere, like under the sink cabinet in the bathroom, which lends an air of class and sophistication. I also love the modern lights you press as the do not disturb, or please make up my room. Really nice towels, body lotion, shower gel, etc. The desk was great too, a proper workspace. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Great location, not a terribly far walk to the center, with a super market not far away. This city is so beautiful and is a pleasure to visit. I should add that I ordered room service and also had dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service first class. The staff is just wonderful.

The hotel room was very spacious and elegantly designed, also with Byredo toiletries in the big bathroom, making it a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal as it was conveniently situated right in front of Ljubljana Train and Bus stations, which made it extremely easy for us to travel around for excursions to places like Lake Bled. All the staff were very polite, helpful and fluent in English, I would like to give a special mention to Jernej from B Restaurant on the 20th floor, who went above and beyond to advise and help us choose the est local cuisines and wines.

The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with both large bath tub and shower room, the shower room tends to sort of flood every time we used. Hair dryer was also quite old and faulty, and did not work very well.
