Stylish hotel with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Spa and pool area was very nice, but a little small for a hotel of this size. Location is good, just off the main road when arriving from the airport and a short walk to the Old Town, river, castle and shops, bars, restaurants.

The restaurant was very warm during breakfast, could benefit from air conditioning. There was quite a lot of "add-ons" which then increased the price of the stay e.g. breakfast, parking. So bear this in mind when making a booking. Although the bedroom was very large, the furniture was a little tired and marked in places. Housekeeping also removed one of our key cards from the room which meant that when one of us left the room, the electrics switched off. Had we been staying longer we would of course have requested a replacement, but just something for the hotel to bear in mind as you need to use the key card to operate the lifts.

The hotel felt new and modern. My family (with 3 teens) enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym and hot-tub facilities. Very nice to have those options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking under the hotel was safe and hassle free. In terms of location, the immediate area of the hotel isn’t that appealing (but is totally fine and safe, other high rise hotels are clustered here), but it’s a short 10 min walk to the old town area so very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was located within walking distance of the train station as well as Old Town. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet, we didn’t hear any of the other guests coming or going. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and the food was very good.

I had the opportunity to upgrade my room to a suite and include breakfast as a package. The location of the hotel is great. It has a rooftop bar and restaurant where they serve a wonderful breakfast, as well as an excellent dinner menu, even noted in the Michelin Guide. Service was great, room was huge and well appointed. A nice pool on the upper floor was great for cooling off after a few hours of browsing the city in the middle of summer. Definitely would splurge and stay here again.

Food was shockingly average for a five star hotel. We had only buffet breakfast. And my car was parked in a public garage, without anyone notifying me about it. I learned by looking staff member driving it out of it, across the street. Maybe hotel has their spots there. Regardless, it seems it is a public garage, and its not ok to pay €36 per night for public garage.

The hotel still follows the old policy of pre-paid extra authorisation ... I prefer to go back to hotels which build mutual trust with clients.. The room service app didn't work, but you could order food by phone Toiletries were not a complete set despite the high price Not about the hotel itself, but I didn't like the city much

The hotel is quiet right shabby, we found some things from the last client in our room, we failed to find the remote control from the television, and couldn’t switch off the TV, the fan dryer was not working. The breakfast was acquired, expensive, Were refused as nearby the many cases who can you have nice breakfast twice cheaper. The parking is charged as well.

This was a very good hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly, efficient and competent. Since we booked a suite there was plenty of room with excellent comfortable seating. The suite included a separate dining area, so a room service dinner was great. An executive lounge offered free drinks and snacks all day and we found this an appealing facility. It is a short walk to the centre of Ljubljana and the famous castle.

Breakfast was served in the top floor restaurant. We found this room excessively noisy and not relaxing.

Perfect hotel offering an exquisite blend of luxurious comfort and impeccable service, nestled in a prime location that provides easy access to local attractions. The junior suite we booked was spacious and elegant with a very nice view. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Top notch amenities, with a fine dining restaurant on roof top. A small but important detail: A state-of-the-art climate control system in the room,ensuring the perfect temperature and air quality (I am traveling a lot. Absolutely the best I have experienced).

Polite and helpfull personel, spacious room and very good breakfast.Close to old town center and there is a garage right accross the street with resonable prices.This hotel definatelly Will be our home at Ljubliana.

Noting to regret. Only vale parking at the hotel is not comprehensible. However the garage next door is the solution for the people who wants to park their car on their own.
