Location, cleanliness and the hospitality. Brqfst good and well served. I’d like to highlight the wonderful experience with the reception team, specifically Ms. Maśa and Mr. Peter, that attend us, in a magnificent display of kindness and going beyond our expectations. Well done to all others employees as well. Congrats to Eurostar hotels, specially this one in Ljubljana.

The location was very good for my needs, as I was organizing an event at the main conference center. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The internet was not working on my floor in one of the evenings. I had to go to the breakfast area at 5am to get work done. Since I didn't have data on my phone, it was a huge problem, as I couldn't communicate with my team. There was no hairdryer in the room. The elevators were really slow and always full of people. I tried to use the stairs and managed to get lost in the hotel, making me late for a meeting.

Great location … easy n quick enough to walk into the centre, but far enough away to be quieter. If you haven’t much luggage, easy to get to from the bus/train station, and close to many major museums. Absolutely excellent reception staff, nothing was a problem and always a smile. Super room service .. completed whilst I was at breakfast. Lovely fluffy towels and comfortable beds.

I would have liked a better outdoor seating area, rather than essentially sitting on the side street! Could you build a rooftop bar ? Poor lifts…. One of the three was permanently out of order over my 5 night stay. The ‘close door’ function in the remaining two lifts didn’t work, thus lengthening the time spent at each floor stop. And with 13 floors each with 20 or so rooms, that’s a lot of people going up n down! Whilst the self service breakfast was expansive and well stocked … except on Sunday morning when everything ran out, and not just food but cups, cutlery, available tables… why do parents or staff stop children running around and using the restaurant area like a playground. Could there be a quiet .. adults only .. area please? Perhaps the lower area near the street windows?

Very nice hotel, we got free room upgrade, which was really nice. Very nice breakfast, wide choice of local products as well. Location is great, 5-10 min walk from city centre.

We didnt like the elevator, which was too slow and too old, didnt feel safe in it. But the biggest problem was parking. Entrance to the garage was chaotic, I had to go to reception to ask how it works as there is one way to get in and out as well. Also, there is casino under the hotel which was very weird and parking in the garage didnt feel ok and safe. It was also hard to find the way to the hotel, you had to pass the casino…very very weird, we didnt like it at all. It was not worth it to pay 19€/night for that. There are parking lots outside next to the park - 5min walk from the hotel, so you better try that.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and we got a wonderful room wtih a lot of space and a beautiful view (we got an free room upgrade because of a sale). The breakfast was nothing extraordinary but everything was fresh and good. The hotel is also nearby the Tivoli Park and about 10 Minutes to the city center.

I don't know why this was an issue but our room was way to hot and we couldnt turn it down to our liking. It definetly felt like over 25°C. We opened tje window so the ventilation would stop. So the second night was ok temperature wise. And on booking it says that there is no possibility to reserve a parking lot. We came with the car and got the information that we could have made a reservation beforehand. To be fair I didn't say anything because the woman at the front desk solved the problem directly, which was amazing!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The location of the hotel was very comfortable and very close to the old town and transport hub. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

There was not any special thing that i disliked. Very probably I will recommend my friends to visit this hotel. The only thing, in the rooms there were not refrigerators, mini bars as well as bath coat, which was somehow inconvenient.

Overnight stay on road trip from Italy to Austria. Conveniently located close to the center of the city. Within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and many attractions. Large hotel just outside the restricted driving zone with private parking garage (be aware there are limited parking spaces, and a bit tight to maneuver). Quiet room with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast buffet with wide range of breakfast items. Overall good value.

Casino in the same building gives the property a somewhat different vibe, but did not cause any issues.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you are planning to tour the city centre (approx 6-8 minutes of normal walk to the Triple Bridge). We were able to park in a garage under the hotel. Delicious breakfast, maybe a nice thing would be to have a list of allergens at things like pastry, if not at everything. The rooms were also nicely sound proofed, that you weren't constantly hearing other people or noise from rooms around you. We can only recommend to stay at this place. Also did I mention the friendly staff? 🙂

Great location, comfortable beds, great breakfast. We could store the bikes inside the hotel. I must especially praise the very friendly and helpful staff at check-in and check-out, because I had a different experience in this hotel before.

The quality of the rooms marked as classic is very different from the others (I forgot that when I was choosing the room). I am not sure if classic rooms deserve four stars. At least the floor should be restored.

The lobby and many of floors/rooms were recently renovated, therefore very nice. The room was very spacious, elegant and well designed, nice view from the upper floor. The breakfast was really good and full of options. Also the staff was friendly and helpful and gave us good tipps for restaurants. The hotel is a bit outside the city center but close enough on foot (10min).

Unfortunately the elevators were not renovated and slow/not enough for the amount of floors, so we often had to wait for them a lot. The garage was quite small, the access to the hotel not according to its standards (through a casino...) and expensive. Some elements of the bathroom (e.g. sinks) were fancy designed but not necessarely comfortable.
