Very good position to explore the town. Big and kinda secure parking (with no extra charge) in front of the Hotel and (as i believe) it has always availiable spaces. Excellent breakfast but.... Very helpfull and polite staff, especially the guy (sorry i forgot the name) who knows also some Greek!! I put 9 AS FAVOR mostly for the very polite guy who was speaking some Greek and the Parking. If he was not there i would put 5, NOT BECAUSE THE HOTEL is for 5 but because of the hordes.....

I am EXTREEMLY disapointed because the HOTEL is a hotel that has MANY GROUPS (BUS-50persons each). When i arrived there was ONLY one person on the fron desk and i had to wait the HORDES of the HUNS to pass the reception before me... Unfortunately i had the samew problem in the morning on the (excellent breakfast) that i finally get SO MUCH ANGRY that i took something little in hurry and left the hotel deffinately not in good mood (because of the hordes....)

I stayed at this hotel while traveling to Croatia, and it was more than adequate for my needs. One of the best features is the secure parking right in front of the hotel, allowing you to keep an eye on your vehicle. The breakfast was abundant with a variety of options. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff were friendly.

There were a few downsides during my stay. While the breakfast was plentiful, it might be limited for vegans or people with food intolerances. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in because a large tour group from China arrived by bus, which slowed down the process. The decor was not luxurious but acceptable for the price.

The location was at the center of Kranj. The free parking was great help since it is very difficult to park around. The personnel was very helpful and speak very good English. The internet was good. There was hot water. The breakfast also had a lot of choices. In general we had a pleasant stay and we would visit again. Despite the fact that it was at the center we didn't face any issue with the noise.

I would say that the rooms were a little small and it was difficult to leave your luggages somewhere.

The hotel is located in the city center with a free large parking lot with a barrier in front of the hotel. The room is clean and spacious enough. The bathroom is adequate.

Old-fashioned and not recently renovated. Our room had poor internet signal and didn’t have a terrace, only a french balcony. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but for a four-star hotel, it could be better.

Good location, dinner and breakfast self service, Good selection at both meals. Breakfast coffee excellent. Shower in room very powerful.

Scrambled eggs not good. Coach trips arriving would wipe out the selection at both breakfast and dinner.

Front desk super excellent service. We booked the wrong date ans arrived early but they were able to check us in at the same rate. Also flight was leaving early and had no time for breakfast but they opened the breakfast 20 mins early to give us time to eat. Staff went out of their way to help our needs.

It was very clean and comfy bed.

4 star hotel without air condition and some poor shower curtain. Breakfast staff not polite and choice was poor, food not so good, cheap salami. Check in was late, from 4pm and check in till 10 am.

Very nice staff and excelent location in the centre of the Kranj. Godo breakfast (food+choice). Not first time here and satisfied again.

Breakfast organisation could improve to enjoy the hotel more: breakfast starts at 7AM, but when I came at the time, 40 people had been waiting before locked doors. After breakfast room opened, breakfast is served in small room with tight entrance, so although more food not took, mostly only 1-2 people can take at the same time - for me mentioned 20 minutes waiting before started eat. Not only once. Recomended to start earlier and serve the food in big room, so access will be for more people at the same time.

Amazing staff, great breakfast and nice view of the hill/mountain at the breakfast hall. The staff were welcoming and could give good advice and tips for what to see and what to do in the area. The parking was free for guests

Kranj is a rather small place, and the hotel is located in the center of the old town. It's a proper old-school hotel, well maintained, and recently renovated, but keeping the standards of old-school hospitality. Proper check-in and check-out hours, spotless rooms, nice breakfast, convenient parking (a rarity in Slovenia), amazing view, and super-kind personnel.
