Restaurant, helpful and friendly staff, location (its proximity to many touristic areas is similar). It's a family owned business run by very sympathetic people. We didn't really find anything comparable (although we only booked a month in Advance) and happy that we stayed here. Would be back without any doubt.

It didn't have a major impact on us, but next door is a cow farm, and you can smell their "product" subject to the wind. It is Wise to close the windows before leaving your room. Breakfast is great, but it's not worth going for the "all in" €12 option. First day we did go for the all in option, then we didn't and had almost the same amount of food for half the price.

We loved our stay. Location was tranquil with beautiful surrounds. Staff were amazing, very accommodating and happy to speak multiple languages. It had the feel of a family run property. We travelled as 2 adults & 2 children staying 2 nights - there was plenty of lawn for the kids to frolic on and our apartment room was big enough for our luggage and ourselves. We didn't have breakfast, though dinner had a reasonable menu and was well priced (very pleasing) Cleanliness 100/10, could not fault it, just like my baka's house! I'm not much of a reviewer and rarely provide them, though this one was too good not to mention, the property well and truly deserves 10/10!

Hospitality is a craft. Definitely one that is mastered in this hotel! Beautifully designed hotel. So much attention to details! Nice atmosphere, nice hosts. The food is affordable and really good. Nice usage of local products. We like the wines. The breakfast menu offers great variety to eat something different every day. Diner was better then compared to other bistros in the city. The hike we got recommended to the summit of Prtovc was beautiful! Definitely the cleanest hotel from our entire holiday.

The location could be better. It's next to a road which is connecting other valleys. The 'village' the hotel is located in is nothing special. The room could use a heavy curtain to block more light. I prefer total darkness at night. The sunrise wakes me up earlier than I wanted during my holiday. A Nespresso machine would be a perfect addition!

New structure, very nice and super clean rooms. Comfortable beds, big bathroom and the heating was working properly. Staff always friendly and available. The breakfast is fantastic, and the dinners at the restaurant were good! We will come back for sure the next time we will go to Ziri/Skofja Loka for work!

The wifi in my room was very weak, I couldn't watch Netflix or Prime Video on the TV at all because the internet connection was poor.

The breakfast was excellent but charged at a forfeit price of 10 euros. This property is well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is excellent.

Every aspect of this visit was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. No faults at all.

A perfect stay in a relaxing, upscale hotel apartment, in a rural setting. The apartment is spacious, new, well appointed, and the the atmosphere is casual, friendly. It’s very professionally run, with attentive staff. Great place for exploring beautiful Slovenia, with great biking and other outdoor sports just out the door.

The hotel is great. Very clean, and comfy room. The bed is very comfy. The gentleman on the reception is very helpful, and friendly. Especially, I would like to pay attention the quality of the food in restaurant. We did not try the lunch or dinner options, but the breakfast was Superb. Fantastic food and quality of products. I also liked very much the design of restaurant. The employees in restaurant is very friendly and always smiling. Great.

The room we occupied was facing to the road (hotel located just along the road). So, with open windows is quite noisy. Also, the hotel is located in nice small place Zminec, which is around 5 km from the Skofja Loka, but not in the Skofja Loka.

Absolutely great service, spotless, very well equipped apartment. Delicious breakfast, great restaurant in the same building so it's very covenient in case you don't want to go around looking for food. :)

Glad we stayed here. The rooms are really nice and spacious. Good location to travel by car around Slovenia and nice to come back to the great restaurant in the evening.

You will need a car as everything is further out including local shops. Not a property problem but worth noting.
