Beautiful nature, many options for sightseeing, clean room with well equipped kitchen. Easily accessible, everything you would ever need in a hotel room is provided, parking garage in the hotel, restaurants nearby. Many different options for pools, massage, and kids entertainment.

There was a small misunderstanding about what was included in the reservation, but since I've asked beforehand and was able to confirm by showing the message from the hotel, everything was fine. The staff were very helpful and kind, checked everything twice, and we resolved the issue quickly.

The thermal centre is huge and contains many different hotels. Aparthotel rosa is more family oriented. The furniture is not recent but beds are comfortable, AC works perfectly and there's everything you may need for a pleasant stay,, including dishwasher. The hotel is pet friendly and we found a small blanket and a bowl for our dog. Supermarket is a 10 minutes walk through the woods. As for the wellness, the family oriented centre is amazing, wuth pools and waterslides. But Orhidelia (adults only) really stands out. One of the best wellness center ever. The area is very pleasant, surrounded by hills and woods. Excellent experience overall. Will come back for sure.

We chose Olimia to relax after a long trip, and our expectations were met. We had a great time in the pools and spa. While you can cook (you probably will need to drive to do the shopping), we chose to purchase breakfast and dinner, and did not regret it for a moment. The food was great. The staff was very helpful and did their best to make us feel welcome. We would love to visit Olimia again

The apartment was great for us, had everthing that we needed, staff was friendly and helpful. It is great that all of the facilities are connected. We could easily go for breakfast at one hotel and then go to another hotel to the playroom. And the surrounding is really nice, you have a playground and of course the pools. We also to advantage of all the activities that the complex had to offer, for example: animation for kids, free yoga lesson ...

The corridor has a lot of steps, not that good if you have a stroller. But there is the option going outside to other locations through the park.

Apartment - really comfortable and exceptionally equipped! Pools - nice, clean and warm, with spacious dressing rooms and numerous drying fans. A lot of relax areas. We had 4 entrances total each day to either Thermalija Fun and Aqualuna. Family Fun was available when we paid additionally. Pools had long opening hours (till 22:00 or even 24:00 during weekend). Hotel surroundings - quiet and peaceful woods with walking paths.

Maybe that bath robes were not included with the room.

complete mini apartment with all kitchen facilities pool access is included which is awesome and you can use the underground access to the pool or wellness facilities or go outdoor to walk/hike in the beautiful nature nearby. you have your private parking ( same number of the apartment) under the building with high safety staff are so available and friendly the apartment was clean and quite there are restaurant and bar outside of the hotel (just 5 minute walk) with good location, high quality food and good price as well

Clean, well maintained, professional and efficient staff. Apartment in perfect condition, all necessary amenities available. Parking in underground garage with direct access to reception. Access to welness center wito indorr/outdoor pools and nearby aqua park included in price - each guest can enter included facilities 4 times each day, which is more than sufficient. Pools were open daily until 10PM, and on Fri-Sat until 12PM. Great expeeience!

Poor WiFi signal in this apartment, though we had been at the very end of the hall. Signal was in full strength in other areas as well as in the apartment next to ours.

The hotel is wonderfully integrated into the natural area and the entire complex of Terme Olimia. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Apartment is super spacious and very clean.

We couldn't enter Sauna World and some pools.

Variety of different types of tasty and fresh prepared food. Friendly staff. Nice facilities.
