Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The stucure of the guesthouse feels like a fortress but not in an intimidating way...it is very secure. The views of the town and surrounding area are wonderful given the guesthouse stands on high ground and the rooms are surrounded by second floor terraces.

Breakfast not available on Sunday which I knew beforehand so I made alternative plan. Bubez Guesthouse was exceptional value for money and couldn't fault anything. Secure access to property and secure parking, comfortable bed, quality toiletries, DSTV offered all if not most of the channels. Incredible sunrise from the balcony was a bonus. Would definitely recommend if visiting Barberton again, top property.

Absolutely nothing!!

The owner was very friendly and very accommodative I arrived after midnight but he woke up to open for me and offered to assist with my luggage.The rooms are very clean and smell very fresh and the balcony wow it was just out of this world .

I loved everything

Great place to relax. Comfortable beds were something that we needed after 6 days of safari. The place is surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. Extremely lovely and kind people.

Very comfortable stay with everything you need. It's quite hot in Barberton but thankfully the room has a fan and airconditioning. There's also an indoor pool if you want a quick dip. The staff are very friendly too. The views of Barberton and the mountains were also incredible from balcony area. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful home with excellent view over Barberton. Sunsets were stunning and we luv sitting outside on veranda every evening. The apartment was very spacious, neat and clean. Our host was very friendly and give us info on the surroundings that we could explore. The bed was very comfortable .

I expected more from a higher rated B +B. Those extra small finishing touches was not there for instance, cold water in the fridge, welcome drink, free bundle of wood for braai ,soft bathrobe and biscuits to enjoy. We received all of this at other B+B . We did received a small kitkat to share. There was no BBQ as stated on booking .com. We were in selfcatering apartment at B+B. There was only 2 cutlery, crockery and serving dishes. You have to wash all the time.

what a beautiful setting being able to sit out on the deck and look over the whole of the Barberton Valley! Very comfy bed and lovely room!

would've liked better coffee than ricoffy. ie: Nescafe maybe as most guest houses do. Maybe even small jug of milk for tea. But didn't detract from the lovely place!

Our room had glass on two sides. Lights came on outside several times in the night and lite up the room, waking us up. If they are essential security lights, maybe have thicker curtains.

It was so well kept and tidy and everything one would need for an overnight stay was there! Loved it!

Water pressure in the bathroom is just irritatingly low. No light switches for the balcony, they are centralised.
