We were just passing through the area and this was conveniently located on our route. We booked on the same day as arrival but still everything went smoothly. I think we were the only guests at the time, but still the bar/restaurant was open and we were able to have our dinner on the premises, which was very convenient after a long drive. Definitely, recommend the pizza. Parking next to the room was also great.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Thankfully we managed with the AC and some insect repellent that we were able to borrow. We could do with some additional lighting in the room.

1.There is a restaurant and pool with slide in the lodge . 2.The staff is kind. 3. We can see a ostrich. 4. My kids love so much T-bone staek. So nice.^^ 5. Beautiful place.

1. Water is leaking from the roof .(when we stay, it was raining) We have to move a bed. ^^;; Please check this room's roof. 2. When I went to this lodge, main road was closing. So we had to drive off road(over one mountain ^^;;) We took a detour.^^; we got lost on the road. If main road is blocking, it's hard to go there. If road is okay, you can come easily. We was unlucky.^^;;

The friendly staff and great atmosphere. The manageress went out of her way to ensure we are comfortable and that all our needs were met. The lodge is a great family get a way and our kids enjoyed the play area, pool and donkeys a lot!

Looking forward for all the building and renovations to be completed. Parking spaces can be better marked.

Mabalel Lodge was so accommodating of our requests, they allowed early check-in in line with our other travel plans and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay there.

Parking bays for the rooms are not marked but that is a minor inconvenience at an otherwise exceptional lodge

We celebrated our engagement with friends on the property, they went far and beyond to accommodate us with their lovely staff.
