The place was very clean, I could not expect more in that regard. Staff were good and it was a real nice atmosphere.

Not really the hotels fault as I did not read the fine print, but you cannot drink alcohol on the premises and there was not really a smoking area, so sadly I had to go out. Had I know I sadly would not have booked, but only after I had booked did I see this note, sadly I could not cancel as that is the policy. Its not a moan, and should not detract from the property. BUT, this should be made a lot clearer on bookings.com I do however respect the properties rules

Because it was my 1st time the gate to the entrance is kind of tricky maybe fix that so that it’s clear when you’re traveling with your car on where to go exactly

Breakfast was a huge let down. Would recommend you order in or go to the nearby mall for food. There is a fridge so you can get a few things like fruit and yoghurt and I believe some rooms have a stove so you can cook your own meals. It just wasn't worth it at all.

Your prices were not specific if the breakfast price is included or what I had to pay an extra R170 for breakfast but the location is good nearby from shopping center

We had to go to the reception just to ask for sugar why can't they put them in the room

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Ocation was also perfect for us.

The entrance at the reception gate is too tight we ended up stuck outside the gate for too long because there was no space for us to drive in.

The rooms were clean and the linen as well and they also offered to clean our room during our stay. I loved the fact that its very quiet and private.

the fact that it’s a dry establishment, if I come for leisure I want to have fun and I don’t want to be subjected to the fun I am supposed to have, I think just like smoking they should have areas where it’s not allowed and in some allowed
