Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Hospitality! From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of excellent. The booking process was seamless and efficient, with all the necessary information provided up front—clear, quick, and easy. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Wylene, who was an absolutely amazing host and made check-in a breeze. The accommodation itself was perfect—hands down the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! Everything we needed was there, from amenities to a spotlessly clean space, all in a safe and convenient location. Our work trip ended up being extended, and even with last-minute changes, the team went out of their way to assist us. We were so grateful for the flexibility and incredible service. We truly can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a comfortable, well-equipped stay with the best hospitality in Nelspruit!

Our host reception and check-in (also check-out) was fantastic! The apartment itself was larger than we expected and oh my goodness, the beds were so comfortable. Most importantly, the place was clean, clean, clean! That night's stay at Sheba Rock was our bonus holiday day (which we spent on the Panorama Route) and it was the best sleep of our whole trip. The guesthouse is close to Mbombela (Nelspruit) centre so you can hear the traffic of course, but that didnt prevent sleep at all. We highly recommend a stay there.

The location to this place was so peacefully and quiet, yet close to all the amenities we had planned to visit. Extremely convenient and safe. You can take a walk without any fear. I loved it. The rooms are specious and very clean. There is no noise in the place and the swimming pool is sparkling blue even though we didn't get to swim because of time. I would Highly recommend this place.

They could add a bit more toiletries in the bathroom and maybe also include some soap to clean the bath and wash dishes, especially for long stays. Even though there is room service available at the accommodation, I would feel more comfortable cleaning my own soap scum in the bath after use.

We had a good stay with Sheba Rock. Ladies at reception was very friendly and helpful. I loved the unit with a bath tub😜 Will definitely stay here again 🥰

The wifi didn't work ... We tried everything with the helpful lady from reception... It could have been a supplier problem because of rain.. This is South Africa😍

The booking administrator Wylene was really nice. She contacted with information on how to get to the property and how to get in before our arrival. She was very friendly and great if we had any issues. The room was large and very clean. The facilities for cooking were great.

I liked the fact that the place is very quiet and peaceful...the mananger and staff were very welcoming and friendly..the WIFi is very strong and fast..The room was very big and had a microwave actually i was very impressed it was really beyond my expectation Would definately recommend others to Sheba Rock guesthouse and we definately coming back sooner❤️

The hospitality and reception by the guesthouse manager was good. Also, the cleanliness of the accommodation was exceptional.The facility has provision to mitigate the load shedding problem, that's great! Didn't realise that load shedding has become a huge problem in SA.🥺

Honestly, I don't have anything that I didn't like. Maybe,just a suggestion about the soap holder in the bathroom. On one side there is a missing screw, so it keeps moving down when you put the soap in. I think that needs fixing.

Everything about the property was excellent 👌 even the staff was friendly the Room was clean and Confortable. I am definitely booking my self to Sheba the Next time I am heading to Nelspruit

We were received with a warm welcome the lady was friendly and kind, my initial room was upstairs, but I had a leg issue. I was in pain and limping. The lady then kindly allocated us to a downstairs room for my convenience.
