The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked rooms with rooms with breakfast included. The breakfast service seemed understaffed and was slow even though there were not very many people eating breakfast. We then had to order breakfast off the menu which turned out to be slow and complicated. The food was very good, but the entire process of having breakfast took much longer than we expected or wanted.

The friendliness of the staff, the food and the serenity of the place. It was quite and clean.

Nothing really. Just little things to look at are the Crack on the wall above the head board of the bed and the signs of dampness on the ceiling in the shower room and above the safe in the main room are worth maintaining. But that doesn't in anyway change our appreciation of our stay.

Rooms are very large and comfortable. Beautiful Park all around Wi-Fi is working at a good speed. All the facilities are very clean. Nice restaurant, food is very nice. Very good organization

No buffet breakfasts. Need to order everything "a la carte".

It is a lovely and very cozy place. The room where we stayed was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The whole atmosphere of the place is wonderful and romantic. Will definitely go back.

The room was bloody cold at night and had no operational heating system. We tried the air conditioner to heat up, but it was too noisy.

rushers too crispy and omelette not good, why serve crispy beacon outside omelette? No meat/ham,cheese,mushroom etc. need improvement. sausages too small, remember adults were breaking the whole night fasting. Juice is pure water, you only smell orange and not tasting orange.

We pay somehow for breakfast, improve it. why not a buffet breakfast and not mention free breakfast, instead charge for it?

Well presented delicious breakfast sourced from fresh products ,enhanced by efficient and friendly service from staff.. Surrounding vews compliment the dining experience.

Access to dining area with mobility problems is a challenge.

The food was superb, both breakfast and dinner - the chef obviously loves cooking. The wine menu was great. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious and well furnished. All the staff embers were very friendly. Loved the garden and garden decor too. Parking was sufficient, security at the gate was very friendly. The lighting in the garden and outside the rooms was beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and the main building was beautifully decorated.

The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and the showerhead dirty. The sound on the TV sound wasn't great. The air-conditioner was very noisy.

The excellent customer service even before checking in. With Chantelle immediately offering a solution for my 4yr old to stay in the room with us. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant is breathtaking.

The luxury rooms though spacious and clean are a bit dated.

The venue was wonderful. The gardens are magnificent and amazingly maintained. This venues appearance and upkeep truly is 5 star. The bed was king-sized and very comfortable. I slept like a log. Room very spacious with comfortable lounge. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and served with a warm smile. The venue is located in a wonderful neighborhood and the view from the deck was a welcome "cherry on the cake". Fabulous value for money.

The small windows facing out on the corridor need more privacy.
