1 - beautiful location with wonderful view 2 - staff's cordiality and attention 3 - beautifully decorated 4 - excellent breakfast 5 - fantastic "around the corner" restaurant (Orange) 6 - quality bathroom sundries and nicely stocked mini bar 7 - big comfortable beds and pillows

1 - room cleanliness was questionable... When the sun shone on the floor in the morning, we saw a lot of accumulated dust and particles. But the bathroom was nicely cleaned and disinfected 2 - wi-fi signal was very week. It was strong in the bathroom but very feeble elsewhere within the room 3 - shower glass doors didn't close properly, so the bathroom floor turned into a lagoon every time we took a shower, making it an extremely dangerous slippery trap 4 - there was no power socket in the bathroom (at least I looked everywhere around the mirror and the washbasin) so bad luck for those with an electric toothbrush or a shaving machine

We like everything about this guest house. The location is central, the atmosphere is fantastic, decoration and appearance modern and pleasing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner at the Orange restaurant on the premises was wonderful and very well presented.

Battled to get the air conditioner to work in one of our two rooms. With maintenance assistance the problem was sorted eventually. Water leak at the front door of our unit caused a slip and trip hazard (I did slip and fell down) We were not alerted to this problem till we got to the room.

It’s a very pretty guesthouse with stunning views of the city. The dinner was really good and staff were friendly. Bed also super comfortable

It could have been cleaner. The tv isn’t signed into Disney or Netflix so they could probably do away with that remote as it wasn’t an offered service. Breakfast could have been better, especially with management of the many flies

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely stunning with a great view of the city. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. Food and service at the onsite restaurant was exceptional. The over delivered on what they promised in every single way.

This might be trivial but the glasses put out for juice during breakfast are way too small. Bigger glasses would be greatly appreciated. Also on the way out the drive way goes straight into a traffic circle. There are bushes at the end of the driveway that make it hard to see oncoming cars so if those could maybe be relocated to elsewhere on the property that would make driving out safer.

The accommodation was beautiful. Also had a stunning dinner at Orange Restaurant.

There were a few maintenance items that needed attention. The mirror on the wall fell off because it was on only one barely-in nail. While sleeping the one foot of the bed also "fell out" under the bed. It was not attached and only balancing on a little piece.

Stunning 5 star Guesthouse. High up on a hill, has stunning views. Staff are wonderful. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great linen and towels. Big flat tv screen, good selection of chanels. Nicely stocked mini bar. Kettle. Free rusks, tea coffee, water in the rooms and sherry!!! Breakfast is very good. Meals at the restaurant Orange, at the guesthouse is a 5 star romantic, world class, fine dining experience. Very safe.

Wi-fi very weak. Do not stay in rooms 2, 3 and 4 as there is a lot of traffic noise. All other rooms are peaceful. 8 and 9 have best views and are quiet.

We had a perfekt stay at Loerie’s Call Guesthouse! The stuff is really nice and they organised an amazing safari for us to Kruger Park. The beds are super comfortable and the food at orange restaurant is very good! Also the breakfast was very good and we could watch the little monkeys hanging out in the trees around the breakfast spot!

All services provided were of exceptional standard, facilitated by caring staff. The delicious and well presented meals in the beautiful Loerie environment needs to be commended.

Although there is a policy in place for guests to respect noise levels, for two nights we had disruptive noise from apartments above ours.

The reception was great, I loved the fact that reservations @ Orange Restaurant were made on my behalf, it made the evening wonderful as it was my girlfriend's birthday. The room was lovely. We really enjoyed the breakfast specials different everyday. The pool was nice and blue 😊. We loved the view from the top overlooking the city.

Upmarket guest house with comfortable, clean rooms. Great outdoor area with pool. Dining area overlooks pool. Lots of comfortable common areas available. Breakfast was excellent and there is a very good on-site restaurant worth eating at for dinner (called Orange). Ask for a table with a view.

Our room overlooked the nearby big prison and we got quite a bit of noise coming through from the facility which was not ideal. Our TV did not display any channels which we only realised after dinner and was a bit late then to do anything about.
