All was well.

The receptionist at the time of check out, they closed the gate saying I couldn't leave before the inspect the room, there after they say my pillow se was stained n had to pay R100, not sure for what, now The money had to be cash, not sure why bt worse case scenario they dnt have ATM I had to leave a car like a thief n walk to the nearest ATM. I felt so disappointed after a very nice stay..

Place was very clean, room were spacious and the pool was clean. We didn't struggle with parking space and the breakfast was delicious... Lastly we didn't struggle with wifi

The aircon in the room wasn't working and it was very hot in there. The cleaning staff let herself into our room while we were inside, I feel like she could have stood by the door and wait to be attended

The place was close to where i was to be in the morning at 8am, it was very easy to get there just a walk.

At 4am there were people making noice and running in the passage maybe it's due to the ANC event that was to be held on the 13 Jan 2024, who knows. The noice was unbearable as I was trying to catch some sleep after revising the whole night, can this be managed other than that the overall place was pleasant and it's a good place to be at can't wait to book again next time when I'm in Nelspruit.

The staff was awesome to cut in short and the location was "ohh my God" everything was close by and the rooms were lovely and very comfortable...how could I forget the pool side,we would sure come back one more time...people should try the place and it is closer to coyotes lounge and chesanyama

The hotel repair man has to do better in fixing staff from the rooms and bathrooms but it was only minor things he must have forgotten but hopefully he will fix them.

Rooms big enough and spacious.

Putting a couch in the room can make the room more comfortable. I would also like to draw the attention of the management to the kind of tiles used in the shower. They have mixed rough tiles and smooth ones. The smooth ones I am afraid they have a potential of posing danger, one slippers.

We liked that it was neat and clean.That we could get a good nights rest as the trips to The kruger National Park etc can be tiring.loved that the mall is close by.would definitely recommend this accommodation .Thank you.

Just that 1 towel is put here for 2 people.

The service and comfort was top notch but

The facility was somewhat “getting old”, particularly since the shower glass in the bathroom was missing, the balcony key wasn't functioning, and a specific pole fell out and struck my son while his mother was attempting to open it. Unfortunately enough it wasn’t that bad

The staff is extremely friendly. We arrived late from Cape Town and when I phoned to advise them I was assured that everything was fine and they will wait for us. On arrival we were welcomed graciously. The rooms are small but very well kept and clean. All concerns are addressed timeously. We will definitely stay there again and recommend Coyotes.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. The place is too likeable to not like anything.

Slept in, and we missed breakfast, I was very disappointed. The place is nice, absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely return

All the bathroom doors are broken, and there is leakage in every bathroom. They're not fixing it. They only put one toilet paper in the toilet, you end up buying your own
