First of all, I liked the location, it's easy to get to and very close to the mall. We were welcomed very well and the service at reception was excellent throughout our stay. We also liked the leisure area by the pool and the restaurant. The people at reception and the restaurant were exceptional with us and, most importantly, they were charismatic and attentive.

Fortunately we have nothing to complain about, everything was spectacular.

My partner and I really enjoyed the fact that the apartment was modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when asked about entertainment and other surroundings. It is also very convenient to have the mall within walking distance. During the day we would visit places such as the Sudwala caves, lone creek falls, sabie brewing co and many more. At night we would sit back and enjoy movies, making romantic meals and each others loving company. Definitely would recommend for a couple getaway.

The place is a esthetically pleasing. The pool area amazing. Got take a lovely swim as it was empty. Late vibe was nice if only they could have an early cut off as it got too noisy.

Breakfast buffet charged at R220, for someone who is a light eater, I feel this shouldn't be the only option for Breakfast. In the room there was a QR code for a menu that had some lighter Breakfast, but at the restaurant they couldn't serve that. They should also have security at night guarding people leaving, as drunk people were so noisy leaving the place and the music DEFINITELY IS LOUD, we couldn't sleep. Otherwise for GROVE people, that is a place to visit.

The good food, excellent front desk staff, bar, security to the rooms, location

The pool bar is not safe, it it a open space and people can come from the parking straight to the pool, I saw a group coming with their own Colman with drinks their bought one, then they had access to the pool. The front of the hotel should have smoking trays and there nothing, and it is embarrassing for smokers to trow cigarreies on the floor.

It was hot so a very cold air conditioner and fridge with bottled cold water was a good welcome. Also it was a pleasure to use my own Netflix account to watch content. The end year party music was excellent.

DSTV did not work properly and although the food was good but there is a room for improvement. End year party did not have wors or sausage or lamb.

The booking doesn't include the rooms with amenities that the hotel offers.. example when I was booking the rooms it said apartment.. which I thought would be the room with the living room and kitchenette on the side.. but after reaching the hotel I concluded that those rooms are not included in the application

The staff were really friendly, especially at the restaurant, Phetsile and Mukhetwa made my birthday dinner one for the books, and they truly provided me with stellar service, I felt valued as a guest.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave. The capital is truly great value for money, you will mot regret choosing it as your home away from home.

There was nothing significant that I disliked about the property. Everything met my expectations for a comfortable stay.
