Value for money. You get what you really pay for and more. The stuff is very friendly and always willing to assist. My husband and I wanted dinner and the receptionist arranged for us to have buffet dinner at their sister hotel Southern Sun hotel right opposite the StayEasy hotel. That was a very good gesture

The housekeeping was done in rooms next to ours at the wee hours of the morning while we were still sleeping. This really disturbed our sleep as they were making a lot of noise. We raised this issue upon checking out and I hope they sort this out

Good value for money. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety. No other meals are available at the hotel and if a light snack was available it would have been 10/10. The central location however makes up for it. The staff including the housekeeping team are exceptional. I must compliment the housekeeping department on really going the extra mile.

Clean rooms and friendly house keeping staff. They are friendly, fast and efficient and take pride in what they do. I also enjoyed the breakfast

I liked the design and neat of the room,facilities in the room was very good and helpful. Wow...what a delicious breakfast, we've enjoyed it. And the staff was very friendly.

The Security is not tight, poor excess control with boom gate, People access the place very easy,just walk in without proper gates. And I didn't like the fact that the vehicles just park at the open area,no car ports.

Friendly receptionist, rooms are neat and clean, great outdoor view with garden. lobby looks like a 5 start hotel, location: Easily accessible to mall and main road. Friendly Security officer.

Breakfast was not top notch it was basic. Room are too small, which make me think they overcharge guests, because with that price, you can get an open room with a great outdoor window view.

We really enjoyed our.The hotel is close to a lot of amenities, Riverside Mall,Casino,Restaurants etc.The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly,including the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was also delicious,everything was so fresh.We definitely go back the next time we are in Mbombela.

On our arrival when we were checking in I went into the bathroom close to the reception, I forgot my fone there, after about 10 minutes I went back to fetch it, it was not there, even in the reception it was not there, it turned out that one of your staff members stole it, but with help of security I was able to get it back

The lady at the reception on the 28th July at 11am was very rude. We asked to call a cab and then asked how long he would take and then she refused to call him back. After insisting she mad me speak to the cab driver and was arguing very loud at me in the reception. We asked for a stroller to carry luggage from room to reception she said it as unavailable . When we go down we see a staff member being send to another room to do the same job for another client. When I asked her why she denied out request she was rude and loud once again.

There is nothing much to change in the hotel. Probably the swimming pool towels may be kept near the pool for quick access.

This was perfect for last minute booking..it was much better then expected and everything was excellent nothing short in anyway..Staff at Breakfast and reception were so helpful especially regarding Halaal ..we will stay here again..a walk away to the free pass to botanical gardens..Beautiful overall ..highly recommend..Keep it up..

No complaints at all..

The staff members are welcoming and fast. The Hotel is located closer to the mall which makes it very convenient :). The place is very neat and safe. We enjoyed our stay.

The fragrant used inside the air purifier was a bit too much, especially for someone who has sinuses.
