Clean and the stuff was friendly

You have to go fetch the iron yourself and there's no ironing board. And there is no mini fridge, there should be at least a small fridge.

Perfect location always room available and quite peaceful. ALL members of staff are incredible human beings, very caring 🙂

There was a power cut in the area for about two hours, I experienced a very uncomfortable heat in the room as ventilation is incredibly poor. Please get backup power generators, power cuts occur all the time in RSA. I now always expect that I’ll be accommodated in a room with a broken shower door & Sun1 never disappoints in this regard. Pay attention to these little things, they irritate us because I end up with a watery mess on the tile floors which is also safety hazard.

It exceeded my expectations. The place was clean. The bed so comfortable. It was really a refreshing experience. Can the improve on the air conditioner, especially the heater. It's not working properly I felt a bit cold. If you are looking for value for money, a comfortable yet reasonable place or urgent accommodation, look no further. I loved the advance lighting technology and free coffee. Man I enjoyed my stay wish I stayed longer.

Peaceful, I had uninterrupted sleep. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me.

The rooms are too small, everything is in your face. I noticed a bad smell coming in through the shower in the morning. I don't know if the tv was working or I didn't know how switch in on, I was too busy though preparing for my meeting to care if it worked.

The place was cosy and comfortable to rest when passing through the city for work, an event or and appointment. It's close to a mall and spar across the street, nice and warm. Shower and free wifi. The staff was wonderful

I really don't have anything negative to say. I enjoyed my stay there. I had a good nights rest. Early shower and sorted all I came to do in Nelspruit and went home.

Everything was perfect nothing to complain 😌

Only one thing and maber u guys can try if it is possible is privacy of the shower like last time I did stay with a friend and when he needed to shower I had to wait out side and when I showered he waited out side so it's a bit tuff at sometimes but with your girl then it's ok then but other then that it was perfect 👌

Properly was great Very clean and friendly staff When I told them about the problem with the room they didn’t really do something about it but what can you do when you are already booked in. The bed is very comfortable slept really good

There were a few things wrong with room 313 Tv - remote didn’t work - we couldn’t watch Tv The window couldn’t open The shower door couldn’t close Other than that it’s things you can get through

Everything was to my satisfaction. I did not use the wifi, and I did not have breakfast. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy. Parking was included in the fee. Good Value.

I liked the 3 sleeper. It was more than I expected. I will make use of them in the future.

It’s close to the Stadium and Mall so I was working at Ilanga Mall then go watch soccer at Mbombela stadium

The aircons aren’t properly serviced, I was feeling hot the whole night and I asked for a fan and they didn’t have. I struggle to sleep when it’s hot so I slept very late

We loved the warm hospitality we received from the receptionist we met when we checked in. She was wonderful. Too bad we forgot her name. The other 2 receptionist were not very friendly so I give them ½ star each. We loved how clean the premises and the room we were in was. Good job on the cleanliness.

I believe receptionists are the face of the company, so if they are not hospitable enough then, as guests we hold back gratitude. However, the one who served us when we checked in, she was AMAZING 5 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to her
