It’s secluded, the views

The gravel roads as I drive a small car. I think it’s advisable to note it on the website so that people can decide on the mode of transportation

The fact that we had to drive 30min to the game drive and 30min back was pretty ridiculous. The activities being so far away from the lodge is not pleasant at all

Everything was perfect, the Bush surrounding the place was so peaceful. The pictures on the website don't do justice to this place, it's very beautiful and well kept.

The road leading up to place was terrible especially because we traveled with a small car, so I recommend that people use a big car to go to the place. The wifi didn't connect in our room it only worked when we were by the pool area.

Beautiful rooms, clean, very quiet place on a mountainous area with wild life roaming around. The smile on the lady we checked in Martha she's the best made us feel at home and she made sure we have everything we needed and gave us information about area and places to visit. The place has got inside and outside showers, water is always hot, there's cameras around place and security all around resort and beautiful dams and it has lots of different swimming pools.

The road to Kuwisa is not good for small cars if they can improve on that to accommodate people with small cars to climb the hills. If the owner can make each chalet with own private pool, it would be great as the communal pool is it's not good for couples as it's being used by everyone and the place is more quiet and good for couples and groups.

The place is beautiful and Martha was lovely. The views are exceptional. The architecture is well thought out to allow for natural light. Consider adding a light above the mirror in the entry way. Everything was very modern and we were provided with all amenities.

The drive up the Boekenhout path has huge rocks on the gravel road, you wouldn't make it without an SUV or at least a crossover and we weren't warned beforehand. The swimming pool is always freezing. A thermal pool cover would be a great investment. We did see some game but definitely no big 5, even on the game drive. Giraffe only.

Very Beautiful Property. Lucky that we saw Impala’s outside our chalet.

1. We stayed in Chalet 2 and received our self check in via WhatsApp from what I’m assuming is the owner, however after checking in, the care taker lady was asking multiple questions about how we got the code etc, went as far as to ask, who was it that sent me the code, requested to take a picture of my phone, to send to whoever she was on the phone with, I had to explain how I checked in. Very weird and made me uncomfortable. 2. The WiFi does not reach Chalet 2. 3. The pool is communal however, if there is a family booked into the main house, it is uncomfortable to go and swim, as the pool is linked to the main house. (This was my personal experience)

The view and the facilities

I feel like the would have told us the do's and donts because there are animals around. We weren't sure if we can talk a stroll as the sun sets.

The location and accommodation surpassed our expectations. The chalet was incredible, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding bush. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor shower. The reserve offers amenities such as game drives and a spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The gravel road was a bit rough, so an SUV or Bakkie is recommended. We encountered some issues with ants in the unit. Despite bringing wood as instructed, there was no fireplace in the unit we stayed in.

The property is stunning in nature get random visitors from your Warthogs to your Wilderbeests and Bucks the property I was in is facing west watching the sunset was nice, the host is readily available Martha will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable

It’s a long gravel road travelling to access shops and spa’s etc having bigger car like SUV is highly recommended should it rain but if the weather is sunny and dry a small car will do just fine.
