Staff was very helpful. I left something in the room after check-out and they were patient and communicative on WhatsApp to help me eventually retrieve my stuff. The room has everything you need, from beach towels, coffee machine, adaptors, back-up lights.

We stayed in Studio 2, so it’s on the ground floor and despite having a little “court yard” the lack of view and window was not very pleasant personally, although the photos did not show anything that is not as the reality. A bit on the dimmer end. Room feels a bit dated, and we couldn’t close the shower door so the bathroom is always a bit wet.

Keen for a quick "mini honeymoon", we came for a two-night stay in Studio 2 and were blown away! While Studio 2 doesn't have beach views, it's super spacious and has everything that you could need for your stay. The courtyard provides natural light, too. The location is super close to Bakoven Beach - a great spot to catch the sunset. It's also a short walk to the Camp's Bay strip and back (we also ventured further and walked to Maiden's Cove tidal pools and Clifton Fourth Beach - definitely doable and an awesome way to see everything). The staff were amazing! We had an easy quick check-in, our room had bottles of water and milk at the ready, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotlrss. We also popped by the South Beach Hotel for cocktails and a swim in their glorious pool, and both bartenders we met were super friendly and lovely. Reception was also quick to help with any queries and loadshedding tips - making the whole experience seamless.

We had a noisy neighbour during our stay in one of the other studios (lots of loud music around 4 am), but while this woke us up, it wasn't so noisy that we couldn't go back to sleep and it didn't last long (assuming that someone else may have reported it).

We stayed in studio 1 and it could get a bit noisy with people staying upstairs, in addition all guests had to make use of the staircase which passes by studio 1’s door, resulting in some disturbance during the nights. The TV did stay on during load shedding but after an hour it would go off and even after load shedding it does not switch back on. This happened on 2 occasions but the staff did resolve the issue the next morning.

I loved the complimentary move to studio one after voicing out I need a beach view . so when you book kindlt let them know they are friendly . they were willing to assist me to check in early . I had a visa appointment and had to put my luggage away. they were so kind as to sort the room out for me as soon as they could as I was coming from JHB . the facilities are clean and honestly studio one is breath taking probably other studio’s as well with a. good view . my take call the Propwety to ensure you get the right spec . the host are helpful around the clock

studio 2 was a bit smaller than I imagined . however lovely as well so no complaints honestly

I have stayed in Studio 1 before and they have recently done stunning renovations which really makes the apartment amazing! I loved everything! I would highly recommend staying here! Perfect for a quick weekend away or a long stay because it’s very spacious and close to everything you need.

The host, Kelly, was so friendly and helpful. She arranged for us to get the key 30 min earlier than check in and even had someone meet us at the property. The property itself was spacious, clean and in a superb location with a 5min walk to Beta Beach or nearby cafe Bootlegger or a 10-15min walk to the shops and Camps Bay beach. We barely used our car! The pool access at South Beach Hotel was also a lovely added benefit and every single staff member we came in contact with was beyond friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the bartender Arnold, and housekeeping (Boni and Tosh). We'll definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

The only thing I could fault this property on was the smell coming from the bathroom drains and the fact that the shower drain was blocked when we arrived. We did unblock this ourselves as we're not precious about things like that and we're certain if we'd told Kelly she'd have had it sorted right away so it wasn't a major issue.

the only thing about our stay was the fact that we did not know about the power cuts that happen during the winter time. that perhaps some think that Booking .com could mention when booking trips to South Africa

Amazing studio for the working couple who loves to be close to the city center as well as having access to several nearby beaches. Great view of the picturesque Bakoven sea area. Spacious airy light rooms and great facilities. We are returning guests and will for sure come back

Easy to access in a lovely location central to many places The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary equipment beds are comfortable the studio apartment is spacious.

The carpets need a bit of a wash to avoid odors since the studio doesn’t have much ventilation

Great location - walking distance from restaurants. Clean, spacious and safe.

The neighbour upstairs had a party and there were a lot of shouting and loud talking. At some point they went out and came back in the middle of the night making a lot of noise. The parking was also problematic - there was a car that parked over two bays leaving no parking space for us.
