Beautiful view to Table Mountain; great location and easy to find; in walking distance to "Doodles"; we could use the parking garage for our motorcycles; the receptionist was very nice & attentive; breakfast was ok; one of our rooms was the Suite with Ocean view which is a spacious room with balcony and stunning view to Table Mountain; the second room was smaller facing facing the neighbouring house, but absolutely ok; Tea & coffee in the rooms; a small pool and deck to have a sundowner

It is a pity that the owner does not take care of maintaining the house. The balcony door from the Suite did not close, on the deck there is also a BBQ corner but full of clutter; the TV in the smaller room has done its time... small things which can be fixed easily, only need attention

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was very clean, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property with air conditioning. There was some maintenance during our stay, but the host apologized and explained the issue to us. To include a halaal breakfast option for those who don't eat pork.

I like everything about the guesthouse and location as its across from the beach. I liked how guests are free to access kitchen and other areas. I love the way the manager made us feel very much at home and comfortable

The shower in the room no 7 with its own entrance had a mouldy smell and not very well clean That shower had no Hot water. My daughter had to use my shower in my room upstairs room no 6 The windows in room 6 i would have liked it to be clean so when i open the shutters i am looking at clean windows It would be very nice if the jacuzzi outside was in operation to be use. The pool was to cold and deep to swim in for the kids TV chanels was limited

The property is in a fairly good condition and it’s spacious - it has good views and is accessible to the beach across the road - it is safe and clean… good bedding - PillowS…

Something’s like chairs and window shutters are broken and can be blamed on a guest - fridge was broken but the owner organised to fix it immediately- the fact that our space was invaded due to this was slightly annoying but understandable…

The location is superb. My sea facing room with the balcony was large, with good bed linen and towels. However, the bathroom badly needed some TLC. It was very nice to have undercover parking. Compared with other guest houses in the same area it was very good value for money, and it is a 3 minute walk from the beach.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. Tiles missing etc, and there was a feeling of the whole place needing a bit of an upgrade.

Location is excellent, easy to travel to Cape Town and a beautiful view. Save as well as undercover parking are a super bonus

Friendly suggestion I stayed in room 3: I could not hang my clothing in the cupboard due to the mothball smell. Will suggest to use the lemon verbena that is very well known in the Cape to prevent any odors in cupboards. Can be taken out 48 hours before guests arrive One towel rail on the wall missing in bathroom and was not replaced. At back of bathroom door is 1 knob maybe add another one to be able to hang up both towels after showering. My husband used the one at the back of the bathroom door and I had to hang mine over the bathroom door In the room is a table with 2 chairs (comfortable), and saw the mirror in the cupboard. It would be nice to have a small dresser with drawer against the wall with a mirror to do your hair and make up

Bed was way too hard for us We did not enjoy the 'communal kitchen' facilities Room can do with a microwave and few plates for guests wanting to prepare food little more privately

I booked the accommodation for a nights getaway with the Mrs as it was her birthday as a surprise. Mercedes has gone beyond her duties to make our stay a very special one. I aplore her professionalism and interaction with us.

The in-room coffee station wasn't topped up before our arrival.

Host was friendly, staff was efficient. Room comply with the pictures on booking.com.Service overall was good.I would recommend this place to anyone.

No welcome refreshment were in the room.Which would make guest feel more welcome. And surprised. And it will also be regarded as value for money.
