Air conditioner in the room, clean facilities and privacy.

Not the property itself, but rather everything leading up to check in. We were told that they don’t open after 12am for safety reasons (understandably so), but we arrived before then. I then tried calling as security didn’t come out until about 10 minutes later. I called multiple times and the call went to voicemail after ringing for a while. I then got out of the car and called a number of times again, and still nothing. It then started drizzling a bit (we were with our infant). At around 00:20, we were finally allowed in. The property itself is good value for money, but im not too sure what the tv situation in the rooms is because we could only watch a few channels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was really good.

The price was reasonable. The service was number 1. Yusuf the staff member is a real asset to the company, he is just amazing. He gave me an extra blanket when I asked for it and assisted with the TV and aircon. Further to that, he made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Yusuf, I will use this BnB again. The shower curtain was extremely old and was mouldy. The headboard was old and not very appealing. The curtains in the hall was somewhat broken.

The friendliness, been accommodating to have allowed us to stay longer a bit than the usual check out time, having a Masjeed space to pray instead of praying in the room was of great addition for me.

Nothing much except that the Masjeed should've been kept more tidy with cats' furs on the carpet.

1-Get you staff a uniform for the purpose of Professionalism 2-It was cold i needed a blanket 3-The towel color,I'm not sure whether they forgot to change or it has turned its color. If you can't maintain the color please rather opt for another color 4-Breakfast,yes the B&B cost was reasonable BUT PLEASE IMPROVE IT,IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ENGLISH, but hey I must look forward in future to eat a delicious breakfast

Front of house manager very friendly and helpful. Thats to show the level of service you would get from the rest of the staff as well. Recently upgraded to inverter which solve the load shedding issue especially when you need to work.

Great ambiance, the staff were very friendly. It’s a lovely cozy place if you are in need of relaxation. Situated close to shops should you need buy anything.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the headboard was making noise.

First room I was assigned air was not working they changed the other room and is good , personally I do not like cats so at the property few cats .

Breakfast was good and the place was so neat ,clean and soooo beautiful like in picture
