The rooms are so clean, bathroom and its quite. You can literally rest without any disturbance. Thank you for the unlimited wifi.

The room was neat and tidy, very quiet surroundings even though the other rooms are right next to you. We got to the guesthouse, called the number and someone swiftly opened for us, and showed us to the room. There is a small kitenchenette with the basics that make sit nice for a meal on the go. The aircon was such a nice feature as it was scourching hot in town that day. The swimming pool was also nice and clean, with seating area and patch of grass.

The property has REAL issues with parking. Firstly, I forgot to reserve a parking after we made the booking, so we did not have a parking space on the premises for the night for our vehicle, which is quite a concern in SA these days. I don't understand why they just make it, first come, first served. Or sell a parking along with a room. Anyway, we arrived with a Ford Ranger bakkie which would not have fitted inside the parking even if we had reserved one. The space is much too small for a bakkie or SUV. This is the only worrying point when booking with this gesuthouse so make sure to reserve the parking if there are still left.

Warm welcome from the host and the space was clean, nicely furnished and what we expected. It worked very well for what we needed it for and will definitely make use of the establishment again in the future if needed.

There are small maintenance issues such as a little grouting needed for the shower but again, we were very happy with the cleanliness!

The house is in a tranquil, secure and accessible neighbourhood. The guest house was very clean with all the amenities (including self catering). Communication from the host was also great! I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the place! Merci 😊

Easy self check in, comfortable bed and sheets. Everything you need for a short trip, small cooking area, kettle, glasses, cutlery, helpful area guide with good recommendations.

The shower did have some issues suddenly getting hotter/colder mid shower

We needed a place close to the Two Oceans Marathon and this was perfect. Good location for the eastern and southern areas to visit. Great park around and quiet area. Was really lovely. Can recommend 😉

Everything was amazing, the room was really clean and cozy. The location is very convenient and the staff and host are more than accommodating. I loved the fact that they respect your space and that the small essential items such as soap, coffee, sugars and salt are provided. I loved experiencing such a quiet, relaxing few days and will definitely be returning 😊😊😊

There was nothing to dislike, I was just disappointed by the weather as I was really looking forward to using the swimming pool 🥲

I did not like that some of my white towels were dirty when I first got there. Please properly check your towels before putting them in the rooms.

I love everything about selton Guest House there really isn't much to complain about going to book another stay with them

The cleaning lady didn't always do her job properly and the water pressure from hot to cold need work there's no happy medium at least in unit no 1.

The price was unfair I paid a lot of money in a normal room and the clean don't change the bedding you have to ask
