The location was tranquil. It is tucked within a leafy area and borders well maintained lecture buildings. The breakfast was fresh, well balanced and server hot. The place has safe parking and offers free laundry machines. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. There is also a chillout area.

I may have misread the terms, but I was surprised to find shared bathrooms for the standard rooms. Nevertheless, its only two people sharing and the shower room is very clean, spacious and separate from the WC.

The location was goood for me as an international student that was waiting 3 days before moving into read it allowed me to be in campus at UCT and drink the night to order food or go out

The facilities had nearly everything you could think of, and if they didn't have it, the helpful and friendly staff would try and get it.

Finding the property using Google maps was difficult. It took you to the back of the building rather than the front entrance. As the property is built on a hill, it is very difficult to drag your bags up the stairs to the entrance. Also, you should always double check your booking with the property, even if Booking.com says it is confirmed. They had no record of me and the same thing happened to my neighbour.

The staff like Zitha is very very fast and effective, courteous and jovial which gives the boarder a sense of great happiness.

The bed,the culinary appliances and cutlery being very very helpful to have first hand refreshing with a cup of coffee and having own prepared fast food with the available hot water.

The place was clean and quiet, staff members were very friendly, the breakfast was topnotch. It was a walking distance to TTOM start and finish. I'm coming back next year.

Sharing a bathroom, next time I will choose non Sharing

There was always a flood after taking a shower. The floor drain is slow and requires check and/or maintenance.

Great Location to the start and finish of the 2 oceans marathon. Rooms and bathroom facilities were clean. Friendly staff.

No Airconditioning it was very hot during my stay. No shuttle service to the start of the race

Shared bathrooms not always thoroughly cleaned. Soap wrappers left on the bathroom floors for several days etc. Some very old food items left in the communal fridge.

There isn’t any restaurant so it’s difficult to always order food outside, it’s inconveniencing

Breakfast and location are ideal and convenient. The staff are equally friendly and helpful.

The load shedding was not ideal for working. After our conference proceedings, one would want to recap the sessions and reflect on the next day's agenda.
