The room was spacious and it was well equipped. The attention to detail was nice 'cause there were biscuits and chocolates in the room on arrival, as well as small toiletry kits. The aircon worked well and i had a bar fridge, kettle, a dressing table with adequate lighting, hair dryer, extra blankets and a gown. There were ample plug points in the room which were conveniently located next to the bed and dressing table.There were quite a number of different options for breakfast and i enjoyed it every day.. especially the crumpets and hot breakfast. Its central and easy to get an uber if youre working at UCT/ medical school/surrounding hospitals like GSH/Red Cross/Lung institute. I also didnt have much noise disturbance from other guests or any street noise so I slept very well.

Only small things like the shower not having a soap dish and it was leaking, so the whole bathroom floor was always wet, but sufficient towels were provided for the bathroom floor, so i managed. The room door was a little heavy to open and close as it was a sliding door (room 19).Otherwise I was very happy

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Buffet style plus cooked to order options. Friendly,helpful staff. Spacious dining room with open seating for tables of four. Strong hot coffee, juices and ice water - self serve. Friendly helpful staff- gave us ideas for seeing Capetown and helped arrange transportation options. Rooms spacious and house keeping service was efficient.

Nothing - it was just perfect for us. Early start time so we could have breakfast and then head out for our sightseeing adventures. A little touch up of paint in bathroom would be a good improvement in the room we occupied.

Everything was 10/10. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing - it was great in every way.

Centrally situated for our requirements. Staff were lovely and the room was comfortable. Loved that we could walk around the corner at night to a great selection of restaurants to get something to eat without having to drive anywhere.

Whilst the room was a decent size, the bathroom was a little small and the stairs down into the bathroom were very steep! Not good for those with knee problems and for anybody who is older. In fact, all the stairs around the property are above the standard height. Kitchen staff were very loud at breakfast time which was a little distracting first thing in the morning.

Place is central to lot of amenities and very safe, Mark is very friendly and very helpful, organized for me to be fetched from the airport and welcomed me very well. Breakfast is the best, prepared daily with a lot of variety and you are allowed to order from their kitchen , rooms cleaned daily with good quality sheets

I left my window open in the night and had a visitor (Cat) coming in my room at night and I was terrified

The breakfast is outstanding both in selection , quality and also the friendly and well-trained staff. Unlike so many local and global accommodation I have stayed in recently, the coffee is great. Loved the neat and clean room with those thick white towels . Air Conditioner worked well and WIFI quick . Nearly too good to be true.

Not a large issue, but perhaps you want to check the doors as it is difficult to close .

We were greeted at the door though we arrived at 10:30pm. The staff was friendly and check in was fast. They also organized a shuttle for us from the airport and that was an excellent experience. The breakfast food was very tasty with quite the variety and the wait staff was friendly. Little Scotia was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable.

There is not a thing we did not like.

Welcome was warm and friendly by Duty Manager,Keith Staff were obliging and always ready to assist. Overall rating of accommodation was good and could do with a little maintenance upkeep. Room 25 had the swing doors in the bathroom,the noise at night when you want to use the bathroom,disturbs the peace and quiet

The rooms were very comfortable. Location very safe. Thank you for accommodating my son and daughter on such short notice. They were staying at another unsafe place the night before and when you had placevon such short notice and they advised how safe and comfortable your place was it was such a big relief.

Good location close to UCT, spacious and clean room, nice outdoor spaces, good breakfast, generally very helpful staff

slight inconvenience that no dinner options are available in the hotel, although there is an excellent restaurant just around the corner.
