I liked the staff, easy accessibility and value for money.

They need to provide latches to the rooms and the bathrooms You don’t feel safe if you haven’t locked the room from inside

I loved the room, when you think micro you think uncomfortable, but the room was spacious and bright. I loved the safety of the multiple gates at the entrance. I loved that my host met me outside at 23:30 and helped us get in our room even though we arrived so late. Staff was very friendly, helpful and very efficient. Everything worked well. Its quiet and transport is easily accessible.

As much as the entrance has lots of gates at entry, i didn't like the fact that there is no gate by the or burglar bars on the windows as a female traveling alone with my son the added security gives me peace of mind.

The location is close to a many shops which makes it very convenient when you need to buy food or eat out. There is also a lot of public transport for people who are not driving.

I didn't like that the rooms are a 'back room'. I wish that was communicated.

There was no breakfast since its Airbnb. What i liked most is how James the host was helpful in getting me taxi. Its is a nice quiet place with a pick n pay, and fast food place. Just afew steps to public transport.

Although they do say the rooms are micro small, it still turned out to be smaller than I expected. But generally its manageable if just staying for afew days so no worries. They are clean with a big clean bathroom.

Good location, good price for facilities supplied there. The host was professional and the room was neat and was just like the pictures.

The host could’ve done more to be interactive to make one feel more comfortable. Otherwise the experience was good.

the rooms are clean, linen is smelling fresh, security is tied.

i didn't like leaving my car at the main road due to lack of packing. guest house doesn't have proper signages....it is so easy to get lost.

Exactly as the pictures. My partner and I arrived early but the staff was able to assist us perfectly. They are so friendly.

it's in a good location and safe since you use access keys to the apartment . small but accomodative and the stuff cleans the rooms everyday wifi is there no loadshedding hot water is always available good thing its closer to the Shops and closer to main road. Good stuff

The air spray used inside the rooms. they have to use it after or prior visitors stay. some of the facilities where not working properly only the iron and multiple plug but everything else was good

The host James is very transparent and responds within seconds to any concerns you have. We checkesld in lastnight and decided to stay today a little bit longer because of the amazing hospitality! James is a guy that makes things happen! Credit to the company, he needs a raise! We're currently still here, but couldn't wait to leave the review until we left because that's how great the service is! Y'all should defs try out for yourself and experience the amazing service provided! Big ups to you James!
