the room was big enough for my family including kids.

the only thing that I would like the room to have is a bar fridge especially now in summer for cold water and to put our drinks.

Breakfast was superb! There was a variety to choose from - eggs, sausages, oats, various cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurt, coffee, hot chocolate, juice - and I haven't even finished listing what is on offer! I had a mix-up with my room choice (not their fault though) and Nolu and Luyanda were gracious to give me an alternative room. Great customer service! The location was easy to access and close to the airport and other areas like the V & A Waterfront and Camps Bay beach.

The lack of a bar fridge in the hotel room. If you had to store something in the fridge you had to store it in a general fridge in the reception area.

The breakfast was delicious every morning, I looked forward to trying out everything that was served during my stay at the hotel. The environment where the hotel is located is very good, you can see the sea from the hotel, and even from your room depending on where your room is located. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and i would stay there again when next I visit Cape town. I have also recommended the hotel to some of my friends that will be travelling later this year.

The room service could be better. The 2 times that I ordered dinner to be brought to my room, the first time the food was brought over 1 hour after I placed the order. The second time the food was not brought at all, so I went downstairs after waiting for close to an hour to find out why the food was delayed, and I was told that my order was not prepared. The kitchen was almost closing at the time so they could not prepare my order anymore by that time, so I ended up taking chicken and chips.

I loved my stay when I came in I undermined the place it looked a little bit old and not what I saw on line ,9/10 staff were very friendly and welcoming helpful the only person that was a bit rude was the first lady on the reception desk on the left side when facing the desks at reception wanted to warm food I bought outside on Friday my first dayI just passed a comment that I expected small fridges or microwaves in the rooms she said when you booked on line it's 3 star hotel I found it rude he should have said we don't have that full stop in a rude manner her comment did not sit well with me she spoiled my evening the middle one was very helping and very kind through out she told me they can warm food at the dining besides that I enjoyed my stay the place very clean clean comfortable beds clean surroundings the place within all the areas we wanted the Dining room staff all of them were very sweet and have hospitality very good I give all of them 200 percent and all the men at the door my breakfast was out of the world enjoyed it very much would love to book again next time the view of water front in my balcony was beautiful

I am born in capetown when I was small. We passed the hotel as a child then i say to the family I wanted to stay In this hotel one day I left capetown 20 years ago I came to buried my sister I send to my family I going stay at the Garden Court Nelson Mandela Boulevard I told my sister in her coffin my dream came true my stay here is wow I book and extra day thank you to all the friendly staff 🙏 I had a supper experience I will bring my hole family here this hotel became my second home see you in September for the school holiday 🙏 thank you Charles [email protected]

The staff the food the room only.the weather was not in our favor 😒 😑 😐

Everything went really well. Breakfast was amazing loved that it caters for kids as well. Overall staff is very friendly but I have to shine a light on Yandisa and Sammy . They went over and above with assistance with things we required. Kudos to them and may they keep it up !!!

I have serious allergic reactions especially to mats and rugs. The downside was mats in the hotel , there was also mould in our room 558 under the aircon because of carpet . That can get someone sick especially with kids. This was the only downside to this amazing hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is close to the N2 off-ramp which is really convenient. It was an eleventh hour booking that was handled seamlessly by the staff. The breakfast was decent with a good selection for everyone.

I had some difficulties with shower/bathtub set-up. Firstly, the drain clogged up and it took a while for the water to drain. Secondly, the shower curtain is attached quite far from the bathtub which resulted in flooding of the bathroom.

Hotel was great, had loadshedding protection and staff were extremely helpful

The dinner buffet was awful AWFUL AWFUL, complete waste of money, cheap cuts of meat, stew/slop to go with very tough, days old beef, the one night they had meaty bones (they called it ribs), I would normally feed some of the meat they provided at the buffet to my dog. At R195-00 it is not cheap and there are much better options. Even though the other options are a short drive away, it is worth the effort to avoid the evening buffet. Breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired. Everything else was fantastic, this aspect completely let's the hotel down!!!!!

The location is good. I liked the views from the rooms.Staff were quite friendly. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating by providing for us a bar fridge that was not being used. ( There are no fridges in the rooms) They also kept our perishables in their freezer for us. Our TV unit was faulty and the maintenance team were quite efficient in replacing it.

There are generally no fridges in the rooms. The reception desk did not offer any porter services, or any assistance with luggage The staff did not inform us about the wifi (or password) until we asked for access. The breakfast team were not attending to the coffee machines( refilling milk etc). Quite a few people only got steam in their coffees, no milk. ( Two of three machines were out of milk simultaneously) The hotel should consider a vending machine for guests to obtain refreshments, snacks and drinks. The parking area is open, maybe it will be safer if there was a boom gate or controlled access.

The place was absolutely stunning not far from tourist attraction places. Pictures shown in the internet were not deceiving at all. Buffet was on point. They also provided chicken sausages as I requested for my mom, which were not part of the Buffet. Thank you for treating us so well. This was our place we called home.

Cold pool , I wish they can have it heated during winter. I once used the phone in the room requesting for still water in as I couldn't drink tap water, but service was poor . I had to call again after 30 minute asking about the same. Dishes use for room service the following night were not collected till the next day 7July, around about 9 am.
