I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect! Location, the amenities (the room had cooking implements, washer/dryer, very comfortable bed) I woke up to views of the Table Mountain every day! The room was spacious, had fast internet, nice seating area The rooftop of the apartment building gives a wonderful panoramic view of the city, and the central location was very helpful (although i do not recommend wandering around the streets of Cape Town like one would in any other city)

Toilet was a little small, but was not really a big issue for me

I like how clean it was, the location, that it had parking and the staff!!! Arrive the beginning the were answering all my questions about planning my trip. Also, the 1st day I needed a SA plug and they brought me one!! I asked for more spiral and they brought plenty! Also when I got the car I did not remember my parking slot and they reply within 1 minute. They clean the apartment every day, they even did the dishes!! Absolutly amazing service

Just to mention somethings as there is always room for improvement, it would be great if the door has a lock inside. My husband is a bit concern about security and he was worry that if someone had the key, they could entered. And maybe having a pan in the kitchen. Although I'm sure if I asked for one, the would have giving it to me but I didn't.

The setting was amazing. I loved the view from the window. I unfortunately couldn't make use of the pool due to the weather, but the gym really came in handy. There were cleaners to clean my apartment daily which I appreciated.

The location is great! It was super clean and it has a great fridge. The staff is beautiful! The 1st day I needed a plug as I didn't have SA ones, they got me one. Also I told them there was by trash can and they got 1 They attend to ask my emails and explained everything fir me!! Amazing

The smell in the place because of other flats, the air is connected and smell to cigarettes where coming in all the time

The stay was lovely , staff are friendly and helpful, we were looked after and we felt safe the only issue we experienced was the strong winds rattling the sliding doors of our room on the 13th floor sounded like something paranormal. That should be looked into. It's really loud making it difficult to sleep.

The apartment was spacious and had spectacular views. As apartment, I didn't expect to have daily cleaning service as we had. We got with the room a parking slot for ourselves in the same building. Internet connectivity was the best we had in our travel around South Africa due to have a 5G router in the same room just for us. The location is great, at walking distance to all the attractions in the city center and supermarkets just in a few meters. So, in general, this resulted to be an excellent choice for our base in Cape Town.

We experienced power cuts every day and later learned that there were blackouts scheduled by dstricts, so that was a country problem and nothing to do with the apartments.

I liked each and every moment of the apartment it was amazing and the staff at urban osias are amazing

When I got the first I went to four seasons when I booked urban oasis but I was changed to urban osias the only item left behind was my leggings when they moved our sraff

View from my apartment & washing facilities in rooms. Good security in building, felt safe during my stay. Gerhard & staff were more than helpful when I needed assistance with transport or directions.

Everything was good . But I think a couple of changes would make it excellent. Like a heated pool, a jacuzzi. A bathtub in the apartment wouldn't be bad at all, as well as a tumble dryer .

There wasn't anything not to like. But a couple of renovations as mentioned in the above wouldn't be bad though .

We loved everything. Thank you for all the quick responses to our questions we appreciate all the efforts. The view of Table mountain was our favorite. We also enjoyed having the sleeper couch so we could have an awesome movie night infront of the tv on a cold winters evening. Thank you once again🤗 We will definitely be back💪
