The staff is super friendly, really! Everything super clean as well. Checkin was easy and they storage my luggage. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Not worth the price. I booked without breakfast because it was already expensive. Rooms are a bit antique so there were not enough power outlets. They didn’t have one in the bathroom!! Lights on the room were super low, I had the impression of being too dark.

- Location is very good. The Company Garden, Green Market, City Hall, District 6 Museum, City Site Seeing stop, My Citi bus stop, cafes and restaurants are very near. - the bed is very comfy - the water flow in the shower is good - not affected by load shedding - the wifi is fast. I’m working remotely and didn’t have any issues with the wifi. - work station is open 24 hours - free yoga class - do-it-yourself washer and dryer (need to pay R39 per load) - I didn’t use it but the kitchen is big and fully-equipped - the staffs are very friendly and helpful

Not really something I don’t like but I hope they organize more activities/tours to connect the travelers/remote workers.

The property management attended to my booking confusion between their property and East City with the utmost professionalism, and gave me an upgrade to a deluxe unit, which was very comfortable. It is a new built property with modern facilities which I really liked. The staff at the cafe where breakfast was served were wonderful, the Chef Manu was kind to suggest a breakfast that catered for me health needs, which I highly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and all other facilities and the location, which was great for easy access for the airport drive and access to other city places. A great addition to the NeighbourGood family indeed

There were a few things that were not okay like the lack of parking at the property, with one having to either park on the street (unsafe) or the nearby paid parking area which was expensive. In the room, there was a a little problem with the smell of the fabric on the lounge chairs and desk chair which they should fix, especially for someone with a strong sense of smell.

I had the most amazing experience in this hotel! - The staff is nice; - there is a first floor with a shared kitchen, a co-living and co-working space (just the meeting rooms you have to pay separately, but you could also use for free other Coworking offices of them in other neighborhoods) and the Wi-Fi was good; - the breakfast was fantastic (in case it’s included in your tariff); - and it was in a pretty centered location to take an Uber and go to wherever you want in Cape Town; - the room was comfy and clean (and in my case it also had a frigobar, electric kettle and clothes iron; - walking distance to some touristic places, such as District Six, BoKaap neighborhood (colorful houses) and Long Street (artisanal gifts); - Also, I was in the 12th floor (last floor) and I had the most amazing view to the mountain. I definitely recommend it if you want to have a good location, comfort and to have a space to work/cook if needed! I already want to come back :) Extra: they had a scale that you could weight your luggage

If you are a tourist, this hotel is perfect. The rooms might be small but you just need a place to crash in after touring Cape Town; so it suits a tourists purpose perfectly. The staff is very kind, polite and very welcoming. There is always someone at the counter in case you need anything. The hotel is located between Supreme Court and Police stations. There are City Security officers making rounds every night. Taxis, buses, musems are at a walking distance to the hotel.

The cafe NICE is very busy during peak hours, so my breakfast took a long time to get prepared and served. But once I tasted it, I knew the chef took his/her time to make my meal with love. Locals recommended not to venture out in the city at night (after closing time of shops at around 21hr). For someone who might like going out for a quick walk, it might not be so safe.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options every morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even better. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend staying here—fantastic service, great food, and an all-around awesome experience!

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the room temperature control, which could have been a bit easier to adjust.

It is a very nice concept employing local people, I think. Breakfast is great, a la carte, generous and good quality. Staff is very nice. The room is fine. Some improvements are needed. There is a common space on the first floort where you can heat your own food and work. Location is very good

the carpet around the bed needs to be thrown away. It is absolutely not inviting. bring sleepers with you. My colleague was give a very small room on the 5th floor near the elevator. it was terrible and not what we booked. They changed the following day. So all good.

Deluxe suite was massive with a very comfy king bed, a bath, shower suite and balcony. Cleaned and new towels daily. The breakfasts were fantastic, especially the avocado toast with beetroot hummus. Big kitchen facility if you wanted to cook for yourself. Location was close to some of the main museums and a 15 minute Uber either direction of town to table mountain or V&A waterfront. Very quiet in the room.

Not a 'social' vibe if you want to meet people. General area not super safe feeling at night so just be vigilant!

The room, balcony and location relative to the start of the Cape Town Cycle Tour - 300m - could not possibly be better. The breakfast restaurant down stairs was pretty awesome and the Italian restaurant in the same block (dinner) was fantastic.

The passage carpets on the second floor looked tired maybe even grimy. Our first impression when we arrived was one of shock - how had we got the booking so wrong. Not underground parking? Ancient lifts, unimpressive reception, no breakfast included - was this a rent by the hour establishment? Like Hilbrow in JHB? But 90% of our concerns proved unmercenary and more a product of our own reference points. The cosmopolitan atmosphere that is hard to fake in Jhb comes easier in CT. I will probably stay there again.

Very nice and helpfull staff, helped on every request we had and also gave tips about the town and best day to go to table mountain. Amazing confortable beds and security system for the building entrance with facial recognition. Bakery downstairs have great food at great prices, unfortunally the open hours are not that wide.

Small little improvements would help. Glass between bathroom and bedroom should be something optional. Also no shampoo provided and no water on the minifridge even for purchase. We arrived on a sunday and markets were closed around. Had to go a little far to get water for the day. Nothing of this really had a bad impact on the trip, but would be good info to have before arriving.
