The apartment was situated on a high floor with nice views! Large space to have guests over and to roam freely. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Evening receptionist was so kind and the lovely ladies at check-out were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

There isn't much of a kitchen or appliances available for longer than one night stays and hopefully some extra amenities for the bathroom and cutlery.

Great Location, very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations

When it came to Amenities we were only given one itty bitty soap in the bathroom and the sink area never replenished during our stay. Bring your own Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash as they will not be provided. If you don’t eat pork don’t book the bed and breakfast you will be limited to 2 choices for breakfast. The Barista is very good at making the drinks but needs to learn the menu and what options are included with bed and breakfast because we ended up paying for things we shouldn’t have thinking they were all part of the breakfast package.

Great location if looking for a modern Apt in the middle of all the happenings in the city. Great reception staff and good breakfast included.

The location is central so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious King Suite. A very comfortable bed, large bath tub and airy/open space.

Beware!! If you are in room #6, the King Suite, this room is right beside the elevator and you will hear it every time it goes up and down. Ifyou're trying to rest during the day (which is what we were trying to do before an overnight flight), you'll hear it! There was a big event happening on the day we were leaving so there was loud music and tons of elevator action. Very disturbing and disruptive.

The worst that might let me think about booking there again is the "acting" car gaurd in the street. In your face and very aggressive. Next morning wanted payment altho he was not even there the night. I made a joke with him about it as I checked on the car at night and was packing around 6 am and he became very aggressive with words that was upsetting. This is a issue that needs attention as you HAVE to park in the road but with this guy there no ways again.

From the moment you walk through the door and get welcomed by the staff, you know you've found a very special place to stay, really the reception team were amazing. The room really was fabulous, slight industrial feel but modern, bright and very large. Whilst being a small hotel it has a big heart and the team look to make you feel special - this will now be my go to hotel in Cape Town . The hotel is surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants.

There was a bit of noise being by the lift, but apart from that I was totally delighted with the hotel. At the time I was theret they were renovating the restaurant so i didn't eat there, but the hotel is surrounded by some fabulous coffee shops and walking the streets felt safe.

It’s new and nicely decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast a la carte was good. Convenient location close to Kloof street.

Some parts in the room were not finished properly, like the toilet door could not fully open as it would hit the floor and the light on the right side of the bed was loose from the wall. Good to know that there is a club in the street behind the hotel so you may hear music till late night. Pool area didn’t seem open/inviting.

Great hotel in a super location right off Breë street. Loads of incredible bars and restaurants close by. There is a great cafe attached to the property and all the staff were so lovely!! Superb coffee too. The room was huge with a super view of the city bowl.

The pool didn’t look too inviting but it was only the start of their summer season so it might not have been ready yet. There’s also offices on the other floors and we could hear some early morning meetings but it wasn’t that bad.

The staff welcome you as if you were a favourite cousin come to visit. I felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated how they look out for you. I had a issue with my safe not locking and they pulled out all the stops to sort for me. Mind you I got back from Dinner after 9pm! It was super clean, a large room and someone was there daily if you wanted a bed made or new towels. Roof top was nice too.

Every thing was great, including the food on site!
