The room was nice and clean I like the way that u don't have to ask for the wifi password upon arrival U get it Wich is very nice indeed staff is great to and the best part U can stay an extra hour longer as most places U must be out before 10am but here we did enjoy to staying abit longer

What set me off was at midnight the noise outside where U can hear drunk people in the street car alarms keep going off Wich wake us up now and then the morning when I gave my key to the lady infront of the dest she wasn't polite she doesn't even wanted to take my key like I am someone that is full of germs or something so I left it and walk out that was the worse part of it all I would stay again but not the same room though and hope that lady would have some good manners too and to bad they don't serve alcohol would have been nice thow

Good proximity to the conference and waterfront, and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant had a wide range of options and great care was put into preparing meals. Having access to hot chocolate 24/7 was also a great bonus. Room was nicely set up and clean. Adequate towels were supplied and there was access to a microwave, kettle, and fridge in the room. There is a roof terrace which is lovely to watch the city life and the sunset.

WiFi was problematic (I, however, never lodged a complaint so perhaps it was something small). The hairdryer had to be booked out at reception and it was not in the best condition - it did, however, still function and forfilled its purpose. A small number of hangers were supplied.

The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were kind and very willing to help. The room was perfect and I had probably one of the best sleeps I've had in a while. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good central place to stay. Well done to all the staff!

The area can be slightly dangerous BUT there were security members near by that were so kind to walk with me to Spur and back to the hotel. This hotel is incredible, despite its location it went way above expectations to make our stay incredible!

Beautiful rustic hotel with nice roof top and very friendly + helpful staff. Availability of basic amenities in the room eg: microwave, kettle, etc so I can actually make my own coffee in the room. Close to many affordable food places, surrounded by beautiful historic buildings on long st. Management treat staff well (kept staff over Covid and only took 1.5 months off) and it reflects on the excellent service they provide

Location was slightly too far to walk home safely at night. The price reflects that short coming and the savings more than made up for the couple of cab trips I had to take. Hotel also booked me several cabs for my friends and my airport trip. Cab service is more expensive than Uber but more reliable and accessible at night

Great location and super affordable and friendly staff. Wifi was good, amazing Aircon

The cleaning on some of the days wasn’t the best they didn’t sweep the floors

Easy excess to the CBD area and heritage sites and beaches mountain, gardens

Be aware of the night clubs in the area if you do have a issue with noise level of club entertainment

The location was very good, staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable. The cafe downstairs was good and also showed sports which was good.

When we booked the room the facilities listed included a fridge and a safe which were not present in the room. Also there was no lift but the guy on reception carried our bags up for us.

*The staff members were professional & approachable too, they helped me with my check-in & any other information that I needed. *The rooms were exactly how I remembered them to be tee first time I booked there, clean sheets are a bonus too. *It was a good location personally in terms of where I needed to be *The rooftop was a brilliant place to socialize & view the city life

*The bathroom door had a loose hinge that needed to be fixed.

Rooms was comfortable and clean. Breadfast was filling, well presented and very nice. Location was excellent as is was walking distance to restaurants, clubs & shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The noise in the street outside the window and no on site parking. Also the lifts were not working.

The guy at the reception was very humble and friendly, when I reported about things that are short in my room he sorted the matter quickly and I was satisfied.

I did not like the way I always had to remind about the bathroom essentials that were always not refilled.
