The location and the bathroom

No couch in the room. Have slept in BlackBrick 2 Sandton so had a lot of expectations and assumptions that it would match or better JHB

I enjoyed the welcome and service . I enjoyed how cosy it felt . Was easy to navigate once comfortable.

Kettle didn’t work, the TV kept on resetting 10mins into watching something so couldn’t make use of the tv. The beside lamps weren’t working, the one lamp did not have a bulb in.

Location was nearby Road an its easy to shopping

There was no key so each and everything we went out we have to start from reception in order for them to open for us it made us uncomfortable

The staff were super friendly and welcoming! The bed was really comfy, the shower hot and powerful. The room was cleaned every day - although to help perhaps there could be an option to not have it cleaned/only certain level of cleaning? But that's just being picky. Breakfast on the rooftop was stunning and tasty, good variety. Air con was a blessing.

Couple of bits just needed some TLC, but nothing major. Might have been nice if the kitchenette had some lighting, but wasn't detrimental at all. Just be aware that it borders a main road that has a couple of bars on so can be noisy on a night but this isn't the hotel's fault.

It looks exactly like in pics. Clean. Kitchenette. Modern finishes / aesthetics of the room. Friendly staff. Wifi. Next to Mugg n Bean😇

1. The entrance is on the side of the building where Uber drops you. My Uber driver was kind enough to drive around and helped me find the entrance - as i was too scared to get out (my arrival was in the evening). I normally check out Google Maps for property images in advance but i didn’t realise there is no actual road in front of the entrance. Not their fault but just be aware if you arrive at night like I did. The property is behind Clicks/Capitec. At least staff was helpful on the phone when I needed assistance with their location. 2. Also not their fault, there is a club or similar around the area. But the noise eventually stops.

Good central location. Very clean, good Wi-Fi and love the modern decor. Also, great price for two nights.

When I checked in online, it said check in was from 2 pm but got there and it was in fact from 3 pm, so explored the area for a bit until check in time. Also, my room key card didn't work on the second day and security had to come ope my room for me. Other than that, all good.

Great location - everything within walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés,...). Also walking distance from Long street and the City Sightseeing Bus office there. The room has all necessary facilities such as wardrobe, mini fridge, streaming services, safety box, hot water. Good breakfast on site. Staff always very helpful and friendly.

Could be cleaner. Looks like not swept properly. I saw the same junk in corridor for days.

I liked the location, central to shops, restaurants ..walking diatance or short uber ride away... Loved the balcony of the room, the views, amazing, comfortable and spacious. Staff was helpful when requested for anything.

The fact that the shower didn't have a hook or little raak to put/ hang your shower candy, wash pools and soap, slightly annoyance, easily fixable. The back entertainment area was great, would be nice if a bit of a covering was added, it rained the weekend, so the whole area, turf grass was soaking wet.
