It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I liked the fact that housekeeping wasn't every day, which allowed for privacy and relaxation. Very practical for a self-catering place! Everything was clean and tastefully decorated! Definitely value for money. The location was excellent and allowed easy transport to lots of fun locations without many delays. The location was also relatively safe and in a quieter part of the CBD, which was great!

The kitchen could've been furnished better. The coffee and tea mugs were tiny (not practical at all), and there was not enough cutlery and crockery for 2 people. Also, the smart TV setup allowed for other people to randomly connect. This was a bit strange. Better instructions for how to operate and connect to the smart TV would have been better.

The staff Titus and a young lady there plus the staff at the restaurant were great. The accommodation were lovely and cosy. Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. Yoh the shower was glorious. Really enjoyed our stay plus is was close to a number eateries and a short Uber ride to market places and other activities.

Was so hard to find that it took us an hour trying to locate the place.. Think bigger signage is desperately needed

The staff were friendly, very helpful, and responded promptly to requests. The hotel was only a short walk from CTICC, making it very convenient for the conference I was attending, and also located close to several amenities like shops and restaurants. Hot water and air conditioning worked without hassle and WIFI was strong and stable. Universal charging points were also a welcome bonus

The breakfast menu was too limited for a stay of several nights. More to this, the same menu was offered throughout my 5-night stay Access to Netflix required logging in to my account which I found a bit inconvenient. Toiletries were not replenished throughout my stay. There were also visible signs of wear and tear around the property, as well as on fittings and furniture.

The staff was very friendly. The free Wifi was exceptional, the place is very clean and so peaceful there is no noise at all I was able to rest and it was close to the CTICC because I was going there for Hyrox so everything I needed was clos by.

The view outside my room wasn't amazing, I also don't like how it is positioned I arrived very late at night and the uber dropped me further because they can't drive in and it looked very dodge firstly I thought it's students accommodations and as I walked I saw two young hobos I think they were coming towards me but I was close to the hotel so they turned away quickly but kept looking at me, that was scary.

I loved that our room came with breakfast, the hotel is in the CBD so all the tourist attractions are at a short distance❤️

On our second day our room was not cleaned properly and they also didn’t change our towels and one of the ladies wanted to blame it on us and said they didn’t change them because we didn’t leave them on the floor to show that they are dirty. I was very disappointed at that because nobody told us that we were supposed to leave them on the floor after using them so that they can see that they are dirty. But apart from that it’s a nice hotel and comfortable

I enjoyed the fact that it is located in such a peaceful location, however it is close to a little shop. I loved that we could smell the great food and fresh coffee being made downstairs by the Wink Cafe. It was a perfect breakaway from everyday busy life.

The WIFI strength was a bit bad, our TV kept loosing connection.

Location and breakfast.

1. The hotel claimed the first, and then the second credit card which I used to pay my room charges did not work. I had no issues using all three cards for other transactions at the material time. I was very concerned and worried because the hotel ended up having details of all my three credit cards. 2. Up till today, I have not received the refund of my over-payment for breakfast. It asked for my Canadian bank IBAN number. Canada and in fact most countries use the SWIFT system and not the IBAN system. It refused to accept the SWIFT code which my bank provided me and advised me to send to the hotel. It insisted on my Canadian bank issuing them a confirmation letter.

Room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Friendly staff and wonderful check in experience.

Air con wasn't working and it was ridiculously hot. Other than that no complaints. Always a lovely stay with WINK Foreshore.

We initially booked for 1 night just to make sure it provides what’s on pictures and we ended up staying there for the whole week. The rooms were super clean, fully fumigated (unlike many hotels in CBD full of cockroaches and flies). The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was okay but can be improved, the hotel is super quiet and the security is extremely high. I liked the superior rooms with the zinc, making it easy to wash my baby’s bottles and sterilise them. There’s daily housekeeping which is a bonus. I can’t fault this hotel.

The hotel doesn’t have parking. Your car will be parked a bit far from the hotel entrance. The area seems safe but you have to pay for parking which accumulates every 15 minutes from 8am -5pm. They serve the same breakfast which became boring

The hotel is very good. Clean, good breakfast , nice staff

I do not recommend staying Downtown, Camps bay or green point is better. There are too many homeless around the area
