The breakfast is very varied, delicious. The good location is all a tourist can wish for. I was here last year for 21 days and now I repeated the experience for 31 days. It is a wonderful hotel, well equipped, with professional staff (both at the reception, in the kitchen and cleaning), very kind and smiling. You feel safe, rest well and enjoy the facilities offered. We will come back with pleasure.

The apt is spacious and very comfortable. It has a large sitting room, dining table, huge bed. The bathroom includes shower and bathtub. There's a kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast offered is good quality and varied. And it includes hand made cappuccino, espresso, or whatever you want. Internet works well too, though not very fast.

Being a fully furnished apt, I missed having washing liquid and dishwasher powder available.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to Bree street that had a lot of restaurants, and close to the convention Center where the conference I was attending was. The hotel itself is cosy and the staff are really friendly.

Because one of the elevators was out of order, sometimes it took a long while for the one working elevator to arrive. And the last day, there was no hot water in the bathroom so I had to take a cold shower because I was in a hurry.

At the decent price charged, the hotel has everything, absolutely everything it needs for its category. Bonus to this is the smile and professionalism of the staff, starting from the restaurant to maintenance. Rich and satisfying breakfast menu, comfortable air conditioning, running water, uninterrupted electricity. The safety and trust offered by this hotel made my vacation wonderful. The excellent location for daily trips around, the central and tourist area. Spacious and bright apartments equipped with much more than what is needed for accommodation. Daily cleaning staff who deserve all the respect. The staff at the reception is smiling, friendly and with all the latest information. Excellent management and financial staff. Location is spot on, 10mins walk to V&A. Set in a modern vibe community, perfect space to wind down.

Software is perfect, amazing crews. Hardware needs an upgrade badly - showers pleasure is weak, shower head is small and old type, the glass door of the bathroom in room 609 was not unable to close properly that caused water leaking n flooding. I hope the property management will rectify the matter.

The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very convenient having a washing machine and dryer for clothes. The location was perfect. Very close to the action; yet far enough for a peaceful night's rest.

Very friendly staff at front desk and dining. Very spacious room with lounge, kitchen. Front desk staff Surprise went all the way to walk my wife and I to a nearby shop which helped cos we were kinda worried about our safety.

Only 1 out of 2 lifts working throughout the stay.

The apartment hotel is really highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean, great food, very fast WiFi. We didn't have a single problem/issue during our stay, on the contrary, when our flight was canceled and we couldn't leave until a day later, everything was done so that we could still stay in the same apartment. Huge apartment for great value, it's one of the nicest places I've stayed. Enthusiastic staff and top WiFi. Easy walk to V&A and has a restaurant and coffee shop within 50m.

It's on the border of the CBD and V&A. You go the wrong way it's not exactly safe, especially after dark.
