View was nice from our room. AC worked well, wifi was good, breakfast was good with a nice variety and nice breakfast room with views, elevators were quick, lobby was nice, easy to get Ubers. Rooms had a safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Infinity pools would be nice in warm weather.

Twin room was tight to get around beds. Wall was too close to end of bed. Bathroom faucet was awkwardly placed and water was inevitable all over the counter.

The wheelchair accessible room was awesome and view was breathtaking. Reception guys who worked on the night of my check in was amazingly helpful and super friendly and because of them I would most definitely come back again. Thanx hotel sky❤️

The only problem. Only problem was the bed that I laid in pillow smelt like vomit. Threw it off of the bed and under the pillow was a lumpy feel like it was vomit particles. Obviously the bed had not been changed🤮 but other than that the stay was wonderful

The hotel views are absolutely amazing from all corners, rooms, restaurants and windows. They have on tap coffee machine on each level included in the price

The hotel has an incredible view. The breakfast is very varied. Super well located.

Very small room and you can hear the guests from the rooms next door. The breakfast staff are very impolite.

Shower floor is extremely slippery and an accident waiting to happen. That should be looked into.

I sincerely loved everything about the hotel from the receptionists to the restaurant at floor 25. Kudos to Ma'am Happy and Kuhle for their exceptional customer service 👏. They made sure i was well informed about my surroundings and got me a cab 🚖 when i needed one. However, i would suggest that you keep some air freshener in those attached toilets in the rooms for a solo traveler 🤭 otherwise looking forward to booking again with you guys.

I actually wasn't familiar with South African cuisine and being from East Africa i sincerely didn't like macaroni with mushrooms from the restaurant at 26th floor 😁. I didn't liked the fact that there was no air freshener in the toilet.

I liked everything about the hotel from the staff, my room and the breakfast was to die for. Big up to the hotel receptionist Zarah who made sure that my checked in was smooth and superb and even when i checked out she was there to assist me. She's exceptional...I'd definitely recommend to other people and I'm definitely coming back... I came to spend my birthday there and Zarah made sure that I remembered every moment I stayed at the hotel, thank you very much Zarah you are the best.

Rooms small & dark. Double bed right against the wall which made getting.in & out difficult for myself .

Breakfast was great! The view good over the harbour! Personnel were great. Close to the Waterfront and the Atlantic Eye Clinic, as my husband went for an eye operation. We also ask for a room with a bath, because it is difficult for him to shower, but the rooms with a bath was to expensive. But luckily the shower head could me be taken down so he mannage.

Our room was so, so small, my husband battles to get to the other side of the bed. He had to climb over the bed. The linen had a blood spots on, and the room they put us in was next to the workers quarters, very busy and noisy next to our room. The lifts were also to crowded. Don't think we will stay there again, maybe if we booked better room. But no I don't think so.
