This is a nice location if you need to be in the foreshore and CTICC. The room is clean and spacious but a bit old. The room had a nice open window that face the city and surroundings. I enjoyed the TV, kettle, fridge in my room. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and water were provided. Breakfast was very nice with a lot to choose and quality food. Free WIFI is available and reliable. Check-in was also easy.

You must park your car in the public parking area outside. Alcohol is not allowed in the hotel.

Loved the spacious room , had a family room booked and it was two bedrooms with incredible views. the breakfast was quite good and the best part is it being fully halaal which is great for Muslims, check in was effortless aswell as checkout and staff were polite.

The pillows were quite hard but after a call with housekeeping, they gladly brought slighter softer pillows, The room we stayed in had fair wear and tear in the bathroom but that definitely did not affect the cleanliness, overall nothing really bad to say :)

Would be a nice touch if hotel opened the breakfast area earlier to accommodate runners for a big race such as the Cape Town Marathon

No air conditions were working on the suite room floor, not all staff were friendly

The family room was spacious, came with 2 bathrooms. Heating wasn't as strong so room was cold. The standard room wasn't upgraded yet, so everything was old and toilet had no bidet. Breakfast spread was really good, loved that everything was halal, even the Burger King outlet next door.

Toilets were small and cramped. Bidet in family room bathrooms kept leaking so we had to put one of the towel to absorb the drips. Toilet bowl wasn't cleaned properly, still had stains when we checked in, had to clean it ourselves. Not enough toiletries, had to ask for more. Hotel allowed a party event on 2nd floor but we heard loud music from the 4th floor till 9.30pm.

1) Friendly Staff from the Reception Mr Emil, The Concierge Mr Nickolas, The Cooks & Restaurant Staff, The Chambermaids, Maintenance Guys.., All of Them are Awesome… Well Done Guys, keep up the Excellent Service, Accommodating to my requests whenever required. 2) The Newly Furbished Clean Rooms, 3) The Delicious Breakfast, i would truly love to have some of those in my country. 4) Importantly, it’s A Halal Hotel 5) Parking Available too

1) The previous stay in the older furbished room. 2) The location is a bit off from the Mall, it’s located in the CBD area. Thus, that’s the only minor inconvenience… Nonetheless, there’s UBER to move around and order food whenever required.

My second stay there... I enjoy the hotel... The halaal breakfast is a plus... The small details for muslim travellers is really great. I lost my sister while we were there and the Chef came to pray for her and comfort us. The staff were great in the breakfast room. Thank you. It meant alot to me. I will be back

There was construction going on in the next building... and they were making alot of noise while working during the night. I called reception and there was nothing they could do. Surely the SAP could have been called or just a word with the foreman. So we slept had the knocking... drilling... and grinding noise for 4 nights in a row. It wasn't fun. We had a stressfull trip and needed peacefull sleep.

The view of the Table Mountain from the balcony was magnificent. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast choices were awesome, especially the steak and the omelette. Plenty of halal eateries in the vicinity. A Burger King and a convenient store next door. The blue and red HOHO bus stop is just round the conner. The CTICC is across the road and the Waterfront district is within a walking distance. The staffs at the front desk are super friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at the 12th floor, so we had to take a flight of stairs as the lift stopped at the 11th floor only. But view from our room is worth the climb.

Saturday evenning there were coacoraches in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is excellent and boasts lovely views of the city centre and Table Mountain. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed the poached eggs and omelettes, the kitchen is halaal certified.

The service could be improved, there was no hot water for most of one of the days and it took some time to fix. The wifi doesn't connect at all in one of the rooms which should be investigated.
