I didn’t like the fact that we had to wait for a long time for the host to give us the lockbox password on arrival. He knew we were coming he could have left the message on our chats, we called several times and they didn’t pick up and it was late at night. Also we only got one bed sheet for our whole stay which was 6nights, didn’t make any sense. You get extra sheets on request and you pay.

I liked the ocean view. The part about was that it was Centrally located.

Well, I would have loved if I had house-keeping (cleaners).

1. The shower door doesn't close, so lots of water tends to spill out during showering. That definitely needs to be fixed because there's a lingering damp smell in the bathroom. 2. The microwave may be faulty. I warmed up food for 2 mins and despite it saying it was done and me repeatedly pressing cancel, it still made an "on" sound for a further 2 minutes, which I was confusing and alarming. 3. Noise really travels in the corner unit from next-door door neighbours and people in the corridors.

The convenience of the location and having almost everything nearby.Be it shopping or restaurants.. And since we were there for a marathon, a walking distance to the DHL stadium so perfect. There is always security Guarda outside, makes one feel safe.

Some of the apartments the showers spilled water and one has to clean up. The security guards inside the boom gate need to align more with the main reception so we don't seem like we are a problem as visitors.In sharing a room an getting one card it's always an issue when you both want to passby with one card.Otherwise let it be clear that for rooms sharing two people get two cards.

The room was amazing, it smelled so fresh and was clean to a certain extent

The mop was just a frame and didnt have the mopping cloth underneath and we had to use a used towel to mop the bathroom floor. I hated that our check-in was delayed by an hour. The previous guest probably checked out late or housekeeping was delayed somehow I dont know. It was an issue checking in since the apartment was privately owned, we had to wait for a mobile concierge to come and check us in. But the customer service team was always easily accessible on calls and WhatsApp and assisted us promptly

Close to tourist amenities and very clean. Convenient and practical.

The initial fee on booking.com is not the same as the debited amount. The total amount is hidden in a bi-line called ‘taxes’. This should be more upfront before payment. TV also too big for how close it is to the bed.

The view was the best could see everything from up there. Security was amazing and very strict, which I appreciate as it was only me and my friend on holiday there. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable to use.

The hospitality and the cleanliness.

There was no parking lot space and had to run around town looking for parking and ended up getting expensive parking.

The fact that I had to clean myself, & the television was not connected to the Wife, so it was not playing.

The property was very spacious and cozy. It had everything you would need and it felt like a home away from home. It also had a great view.

I didn’t like the fact I had to take out my own bin. I thought house keeping would take care of it.
