Convenient location for the CTICC, public bus/trains and sightseeing bus stops. There is a cafe, KFC and small food court directly downstairs. Short walk away from the tourist centre (enough to be away from the crowds). Well-equipped kitchen with a normal-sized fridge and freezer. 24-hour guard at the front door. The property is managed by a company, who were very responsive on WhatsApp, thank you!

Key was in a security box, so it would be best to arrive during normal business hours in case you need help. It is a large apartment building and occasionally, noise from the neighbours and cannabis-like smells would enter the property. Might be important for others: housekeeping once per week, no toiletries, one toilet roll is provided per week. There is a Clicks (health/beauty store) across the street.

The place is as it looks in the pictures. We were there for the Cape Town International Jazz Festival and the location was excellent; 5mins walk to the CTICC. Restaurants and bars are also on the same street.

It would be great if there was tea, sugar and coffee sachets available for convenience.

Literally everything beat my expectations because it was in the middle of the CBD so it was close to everything. The apartment says "Self Catering" so people shouldn't expect hotel service, clean after yourself and everything else for the duration of your stay. The apartment was clean, beds had clean linen and towels. And the rest was a jol. The host Wim was the best to communicate with and the security at the building was very helpful. The apartment is spacious and modern, very clean and everything you will need is there. If in Cape Town for business, the location is ideal. Value for money is excellent.

The view from our apartment was not great, only small bit of the mountain visible. View is probably better if you stay on one of the higher floors.

The location was perfect. Its not often that the pictures on booking.com match the place, but this place exceeded our expectations. It was cosy, comfortable and extremely safe.

Security guards where unhelpful when we checked in and when you ask them about directions for the red bus and gave us the run around but we managed to work around that.

We didn't get extra towels during our stay,we only had 2 towels for those 4 nights we stayed No one cleaned our apartment or came to change the rubbish bin or change the our bathroom towels during our stay

if the host inform you tht there will be no sunlight diswasher u could come prepared. Also a 2d roll of toilet paper would be great. As u leave the keytag in the apartment on departure it would be nice to know that u cannot go to the parking bay without the key tag and we needed to call on security for assistance having our luggage with us.9

Spacious well laid-out facility and conveniently situated to work in the City area. Nice to have basement parking.

It was a bit of a let down that there is no coffee/tea in the room, also no hair dryer.

Everything, the location, the safety features, the gym and the fact that the flat had everything yet so spacious.

I loved everything

I did not order breakfast, but I was okay. I loved everything about Icon, it was my second stay,I even recommend it to friends the last time ,and they were there too this past weekend and they loved it.
