The reception lady during my stay was wonderful!!!!Great customer service!!!

Carpets was dirty with stains Lift was dirty and smelly, someone spilled alcohol in it and it was not cleaned whole day Towels were dirty when I got there No floor towels or mat only 2 bath towels and we were two guests Duvet cover was torned with huge holes and the sheet had stains. Luckily I had my own linen with me

Cleanliness, friendly staff from reception to the bar including the porter. The flexibility to extend without having to check out. The bathroom was big and nice with a bathtub.

The staff members are very Good, The staff willingly provides assistance within the limits of available capabilities. Thanks to them. The location is very good from which you can go every where.

limited facilities for example room without phone and no mini bar fridge, I asked the staff to put up a curtain that could prevent light from entering from outside surrounding building, but nothing was done. For me, the light leaking into the room made me not sleep comfortably. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot express my opinion on it. There is severe noise until late at night. But it is in general reasonable place.

I woke up the first morning with the sound of the birds in front of my room. That was extremely soothing for someone who likes nature like me. The room was extremely cozy and it was a very good value for money. It was very quite and clean and the staffs were extremely supportive. Thus, for the amount I pay, I got the best. I would certainly recommend it for anyone who will ask me. And yes, it is the center for every places. Green city is the best place to shop African items and you can exchange money with the help of vendors at the very best price.

The place met my expectation, thus, there's nothing much to share. But, once you are out of the hotel, you might get people asking you to buy you bread. For me, it was better to help them then being robbed.

The executive room is amazing value for money. It's spacious with an awesome layout for your bath. The staff are friendly. Accommodating and always have a smile.

I didn't like being profiled by the security on night shift. I mean okay, it's late and I look like I'm from where I'm from. But dude, if I'm at the elevator it means I got into the lobby which means I passed reception coz they had to open the door for me. Even if that wasn't the case maybe ask first next time if I'm a guest instead of jumping straight to judgement and speaking down to me. Pretty bummed about this.

The rooms were up to standard and more. Very clean! I highly recommend.

You pay for parking per day, this is such a downside as this was only communicated on arrival.

I liked some of the stuff members. They were quite friendly and helpful. I liked our room it was very comfortable. I loved how quiet the place was

The cleaning lady came very late to clean up our room which resulted in us waiting outside. The kitchen lady treated us like we had an infection when we wanted her to warm up our food. Don't know whether black people are treated like that in your hotel or she probably thought the white people would be disgusted by us. I was really hurt by that

I loved the bathroom and room as a whole. I loved how the bathroom intertwines with the room and the fact that you can actually watch TV, which is in the room while in the bath. Was a great inspiration as to how I want my ensuit to look, so I definitely will be doing that. The barman was really friendly and polite. He was the best.

I didn't like the area where the hotel is located in so much. Though our vehicle was relatively safe with guards. I prefer a very secure parking bay even if I need to pay for parking. The lift inside the building is kinda small, but the fact that there is more than 1 makes it okay.

Staff @ the reception from the day we made our booking till the last day of our stay , they were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is Located in the CBD & near almost every facility of entertainment.

The room that we were allocated in 402 or 405 if im not mistaken the carpet was very dirty and full of stains I was unhappy with that room & there was an additional bed in our room it was uncomfortable very small bed .Some of the cleaning staff were very unfriendly they left one of our rooms 105 with dirty towels and cups .We had to come back to dirty cups we ended up washing them of which is unacceptable. Besides those few things all other things were EXCELLENT.

Family room had loads of room. Staff able to help with taxis

Could of done with some help with the bags. Didn't realise no breakfast included so not as good a deal as first thought
