The hotel is very well located in the center of Cape Town, this enables you to walk from the hotel and visit highlights as Bo-Kaap, museums, etc. The service is excellent, employees are very friendly. Breakfast is one of the best we had in South Africa, plenty of choice, smoothies and excellent coffee you can prepare yourself. The room was huge and had view to the Table Mountain. The hotel has a shuttle to the V&A waterfront with very frequent trips. The hotel has access to its own parking, a huge asset in the center. Food in the restaurant is great

Only a minor issue, the music in the restaurant was a bit repetitive.

The breakfast 😋 😍 👍 👌 and I would recommend it to anyone!! The lady who worked there was just an incredible person and amazing woman...She is very friendly and attentive to all guests... I forgot her name but seems to be she is a manager for the breakfast room... she is the best person I have met in this hotel. I have had a great time and enjoyed it...

Nothing to worry about, just a little issue in the second day, but it was solved....

We had a good start to our Cape town trip here. The check in was easy, they allowed for a very early check in which was appreciated after a long trip 🙏 The room was a good size, comfortable beds and overall very good. Just missing a smart tv where you can cast your own tv shows if needed. Pool area was divine, I recommend the Greek pizza, it was better than expected 😊

Staff was friendly but could step it up a bit more, it didn't feel very 5 star.

The hotel was really busy and the staff clearly under pressure across all departments but they all handled themselves really well. a special mention must go to the security staff who really went the extra mile and one of them personally escorted me to an ATM about three blocks away as the area and time was considered unsafe. Top notch. Well Done

the pool bar area was always untidy and not pleasant to sit there in the chaos

I was surprised in the good way, because cistomers reviews are often very mixed. The breakfast is good and the location is excellent, near good restaurants in BREE STREET!

Low Flow at the sink faucet. Insuffisant number of elevators ( 2 during my 6 day-stay). Willing waiters at breakfast but you have to ask them to empty the coffee machines or plus in the toaster.

Lobby and restaurant are good. Personal is pleasant and good looking👍 I wouldn’t rate it as a 5 star hotel. It’s a good 4 or 4+ star hotel. But African could be 5 … ~190€/day would be a bit much for this as nothing really special up from a groundfloor😄 Gym exists, but it’s rather small. You can use it for lifting. Anyway, it’s clean and good to be there

Room is clean and spacious. It is already noticeable that the repairs were done a long time ago or were not done carefully. In some places the wallpaper was peeling off.

The room wasn’t clean especially the bathroom floor up until I left, asked for the body to be refilled and it wasn’t And for the first I have such experience during my stay as I’ve always been your very loyal client

The property is in a fantastic location. A short stroll to Capetown Station, Shopping Centres, bars & restaurants. The courtesy shuttle bus is a bonus to get you to VA Waterfront. Big clean room with a cosy bed. The staff are incredibly friendly, always looking out for you & so accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Everything is new and beautifully decorated. Beautiful real orchids and stunning flower arrangements. The outside pool area and late night bar was so much fun and gives an amazing view of the city centre. The location was great. So central and easy to get around.

They were using a new check-in system as well as the load shedding did not make it easy for the check-in staff. They were super friendly but it was a tad chaotic.

The breakfast was very good. i love the variety of fruits and Juices. It is located in town and the shuttle to and from V&A made my trip. Rooms are generally big enough and very clean.

The beds are not comfortable, we had booked for a double room and they got two single beds put together but the beds kept on moving and found ourselves on two sperate beds in one room so funny for a married couple.
