Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly personel. The room was nog big but good. I can imagine some people don't feel always safe outside of the hotel but travelled all over South Africa the location is quite safe! Dinner, breakfast and bar were very good in my opinion Walking to V&A Waterfront is safe and about 20 minutes. Don't want to walk: order an Uber taxi, cheap and fast to all hotspots in Cape Town!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It is cosy and very quiet. So relaxing. I LOVE that they give the guests options for breakfast. The breakfast option we chose was very nice and hearty the little buffet setup is also wonderful,especially the croissants so delightful.

If you are looking for budget friendly hotel, this hotel meet your all your needs. The hotel staff are very kind, helpful, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, receptionist Crishone is very good at her job, we forgot our valuable staff at the safebox, she came imidiately and told us. This made us felt we are at right place to stay like as our home. I want to say thank you to all who made our stay unforgetable..

There is no light around the park in front of the hotel, but there is security, in the room the sink is with the make up table, whenever you try to wash your hand the water splashes everywhere, hot water flowing in the shower constantly heats up and cools down.

The location was great as it was close to the concention center. i loved the cleaniless of the room and the privacy it provided

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, especially since I arrived late and it was my first time there. I’d suggest adding more exterior lighting and clear signage, particularly near the open space entrance.by mariams kitchen. That way, it’s easier to locate, especially for first-time visitors. Uber directed me to that side instead of the main entrance, which added to the confusion.

We had to keep requesting for change of towels daily. But their meals were really good. Very conveniently located. It was 10 minutes walk to the convention centre where I we had a conference and very close to the city Centre for shopping purposes. I like the fact that they were responding quickly even to our concerns about towels. It appears the person doing laundry kept forgetting to leave them in the room. Above all, the room was very clean “Top Notch” on a daily basis.

The wall decor is lovely. the beds were comfortable . Close walking distance to CTICC . Very Good breakfast served .

The was construction happening on the other side -outside my window, very disturbing-hotels should advise online if there is construction on site or around the area when you use the tap- the water splashes around the basin and makes a mess - a proper suitable tap needs to be looked into especially because the space for the basin is so small

Fancy hotel up to 15 min walk from the Waterfront area( after dark i recommend to always take taxi/uber, as my phone was almost stolen by some black man on the bridge on the way to the hotel-CHAIN FOR PHONE ON THE NECK IS A MUST).Distance from the airport up to 22min and uber cost is less than 200R-depends on the time of the day.Security on site.Breakfast testy apart from scrambled eggs which looked strange and were tastless and coffee didnt taste like coffee at all.But coffee machine at the bar for extra money available.Bar open until 10.30pm so get more drinks if needed before that time.

No wardrobe in the room so clothes had to be kept in a suitcase the whole time. Little space between bed and bathroom doors so the big man had difficulty to get in to the bathroom.Mirror never cleaned.

I only made breakfast 3 times so my answer is not atypical. Although I arrived quite late into the breakfast sitting I found the hot food to not be hot enough although there was plenty of it. The cold breakfast was great. The staff were brilliant from the cleaners to the bar staff. Special mention to Byron who was exceptional in every aspect. China was a really good laugh and Soyomo all very pleasant company. I hope I spell his name correctly but Winele was also an excellent waiter.

The dinner menu which we used at least 5 times could have been more expansive and included more veg and salads.

We requested to have our team all on the same floor which was confirmed that this request was able to be filled but when we check in one of our party were on the 9th and the rest on the 5th. A fridge in the room would be a great addition. I went out to dinner and didn't end up eating my meal as I was well. There was no fridge to leave my meal in to have at the office eth next day so the food went to waste.

The property is at the centre of all tourist attractions and excellent place for transportation We only had breakfast which was very good

The fact that when we raise issues, the manager didn’t even bother to address it On Sunday our room wasn’t cleaned and linen not changed. When we raise the matter, the lady showed us attitude . Otherwise the other 5 days we had excellent staff
