There were clear instructions on how to collect the keys. The key collection hotel was not too far from the accommodation. I just booked an Uber and added a drop, collected the keys and went to the accommodation. It of course will be much better if the keys can be collected at the apartment itself, but the current arrangement is not too much trouble. The host was very responsive on Whatsapp. The wifi was not working at the beginning, but they worked with me and sent someone to make it work. I had a long stay. Grocery store SPAR was close by. CTICC, my conference centre was within walking distance. The apartment had temperature control and a good selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. Room cleaning was done everyday.

If they can also include a washing machine, it will be very helpful, especially for long stays.

We found it after looking around a bit. A map would be nice. Near the main police station. Clean and tidy micro wave and fridge etc. Perfect for the Waterfront. Very friendly Mr.Oncemore at reception at Sugar Hotel 5 mins away. Pickup service for Airport or Waterfront 10mins away. Suggest taxi for The Mountain Just there but a walk and a half. Book the taxi to pick you up . Lifts and security good spec for bay. Bar just outside

Getting the key back and picking it up. But it can be easy. Deposit required could be a good idea. Could be noisy if you leave the window open.Heavy traffic towards the waterfront,part of the excitement.

I didn't have breakfast at the place. Location was alright.

I forgot to mention it. Fetching the key by a different hotel I didn't like much because wen you check out you have to take it back to the sugar hotel and we weren't so happy with that idea... I love to have my coffee in the mornings and there was none not even milk. You need to put more towels and bedding in the apartment please we stayed for 2nights with only 1 towel each. Another wise everything was ok for me.

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging for everything that I asked from them - the manager Oncemore is a pleasure to work with.

A tumbledryer was originally advertised, but there wasn't one on site, so a drying rack had to be arranged as well as to arrange for a safe. There were also wall decorations leaning against walls instead of being hung up, and very near to the end of my stay the fridge stopped working (these things happen to everyone). These were dealt with quickly but it would've been nice if it was dealt with before my arrival.

The experience alone from the minute I checked in was really amazing the gentle man at the reception really was polite and explained everything to me as a first time booker in the apartment. I'm really greatful and would definitely book the place again

Had a few issues with the first apartment so the owner moved us to a very nice apartment. We had a lovely stay.

Everything about the place was absolutely perfect.

The part of having to Uber to another place to pick up and drop off keys. I would prefer a smooth check in especially after an exhausting day from traveling.

It's a very calm environment

The kitchen cabinets looked abit dirty n the kitchen tap was very loose. And we had to walk to get the keys n walk to return it which was quite unnecessary

I liked everything about it expect the fact that there is no YouTube and the dstv half package which was not good

I loved the blinds to block out the sun on the balcony. The property was clean & comfortable.

The TV was not working & the agent on bookings.com was not much of help. fortunately I had called the help number left in the apartment, & all was well.
