I didnt like that when returning to the building in the evening, I would find it locked and have to wait for security to come open. I would prefer they give us access to the building entrance aand the room, if they are worried about strays walking into the building

We loved the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The housekeeping team made sure the apartment was always spotless when we returned from our sightseeing. We had no issues with access — the elevators worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Although the apartment has a balcony, smoking is not allowed there. The process of returning the deposit is very inefficient and could cause guests to delay their trip or miss their Uber because of it. We had to wait 30 minutes for the receptionist to go to an ATM to withdraw money from his own account to return our deposit. If the hotel knows the guest is checking out the next day, this process should be completed during the day—not at 4:00 a.m.

- The security level is great using technology. - The location is great. - The reception staff, house keeping staff and security staff are great except one staff her name is Mary, she was ignoring my questions several times, my husband got angry with her behavior, she talks to my daughter “sh sh sh” so that she doesn’t talk, but the other staff is great, she handled the situation in a great way. - There is a cafe, restaurant, yoga club

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start. We arrived early, and they kindly agreed to store our luggage. They even took it to our room when it was ready, which was a nice touch. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. The bed was so comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed within easy reach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place!

While my stay was overall great, there were a couple of minor issues. The use of face recognition to enter the building felt unnecessary, especially since there is a reception desk staffed at all times. It also proved to be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while the sheets and towels were clean, the overall cleanliness of the place could be improved. The space itself could use a little more attention to detail.

I rented a two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, which offered a fantastic view of Table Mountain from both the living room and my bedroom. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, featuring lovely and comfortable furniture. My bedroom and the attached bathroom were spacious. The mattress was very comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep after a 16-hour flight. The kitchen appeared to be well-equipped for cooking, although I mostly chose to eat out. The reception staff, Vuzi, Efa, and Kanye, were all very polite and professional. Vuzi greeted me during check-in and was particularly helpful when none of my cards worked for the security deposit. He recognized that I was tired and allowed me to check in since my stay was fully paid in advance, and we sorted everything out the following day with Efa.

While I was checking in, Vuzi informed me that I couldn't have guests in my apartment, which I found odd. Since I'm paying for the apartment, I should be allowed to have visitors. However, since I wasn't planning to invite anyone and was already dealing with a problem with my credit card, I chose not to pursue the matter further.

The location of the apartment is excellent. The direct view of Table Mountain was lovely. We hired a car and the two-minute drive to the Waterfront was fantastic. The cleanliness and friendly staff made this an amazing stay. The staff were very responsive when prompted and fixed and repaired everything I requested. Special shout out to Phillipa (front receptionist) and Andre the security, Randall the maintenance person and lastly on the morning of our check-out, the front desk receptionist whose name has slipped my mind (young lady with long braids). The beds were super comfy and the sheets were sparkly clean. During our next visit to Cape Town, I will re-book Xenia. The kitchen is fully stocked and a tip would be to purchase all breakfast items from Woolworths at the Waterfront. For a family of 4 with teen daughters having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made this a comfortable and excellent stay. We felt safe and I would recommend this apartment to all travellers, especially from UAE.

The shower drains were clogged on arrival and this was only discovered when we showered later that night. Tip: Check the showers so that maintenance can be alerted to fix this during working hours. That said, Phillipa prompted maintenance the very next morning and sorted this out for us.

The location was very central to all we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and very well laid out. All the comfort of home, in the center of Cape town.

The facial recognition system for entry is not entirely suited for the purpose. Maybe it would work better in a setting where you do not have to constantly register large amounts of people. I found it frustrating to register upon arrival, and when we checked out, I had to wait for a whole bunch of girls who had to register first. Frustrating. This is the only reason I did not give a 10/10.

We required a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for our party of 3. It met our expectations. In the laneway at the rear of the property there were several restaurants - one excellent Turkish restaurant with a large menu to suit most palettes. No alcohol though! We ate there twice. There was a tavern which we didn't try. 150m around the block was a main road with a excellent Spar supermarket which had a huge selection of ready, freshly cooked meals and provisions, wine and beers etc., fruit and veg etc. We had a view of Table Mountain from our window which was pretty cool.

The location is very central and we had amazing views of Table Mountain and Lions Head. The apartment itself is a comfortable size and the balcony area was good.

There was only one lift working, so you could wait 10-15 min for a lift and no option to take stairs. The washing machine door was not functioning well but managed to 'jig' it a bit. Only one shower between the two bathrooms
