Great location with nice views. Area is secure and very peaceful. Location next to the canal is nice and in there are few swimming pools too.

Check in was asked to do through e-check-in and also we were asked to send copies of passports and other information by e-mail and when we came to the property, everything was asked again. So all details were given 3 times. Apartment should have luxury toileteries, but we had only hair/body wash and we had to ask to bring them in.

The property overall is beautiful, right on the Marina. Location is amazing - just a few minutes walk from the V&A Waterfront. We had booked a 2-Bedroom Premium Apartment, but got the Superior one due to some issues. We requested a refund of the difference, as the Superior room was ok with great views of the Marina, but instead they upgraded us to a HUGE stunning 3-Bedroom unit to compensate us. Security, heating systems, cleanliness, comfy beds, washing machine & dryer, standby generators during load-shedding with most appliances working - all great!

There was an annoying beeping sound in the 3-bedroom apartment during load-shedding. They later told us that it happens when using the washing machine or dryer during load-shedding. Booysen, the person checking us in, was fantastic but is overworked and too stretched and, hence, turnaround time to respond was a bit slow. They were fully booked so I understand. Overall, a fantastic experience, and would stay here again!

I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Booysen. He met us at the security gate and ensured that we were taken to the apartment. Most importantly Booysen noticed that I had my elderly dad as well as a 5-month-old baby with us. Our flight was only leaving at 20h00 and check out was 11am. Booysen made arrangements for us to move to an absolutely stunning apartment from 11h00 and allowed us to check out when we were ready to go to the airport. We are very grateful for his gesture and would definitely return as well as introduce our friends and family to the Mountain Marina Team. Thank you. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Great location and easy access to the Waterfront which offers lots of restaurants and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay lovely big apartment at ground level. Central location and the apartment manager was very informative and helpful especially on arrival with our luggage upto the apartment The location around the water is stunning and very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly

Distance between reception long walk with suitcases although we had help Although there was Tea & Coffee and powdered milk no bottles of water in the fridge unlike other properties we have stayed in just to tie you over until a shop is found especially for long distance travellers who have just arrived into Cape Town

Me and my family and friends stayed in several of the luxury apartments and really enjoyed how modern, clean and comfortable they were. The hosts were super accommodating given how large our group was and even allowed us some additional time after check-out to have the place before heading off to the airport. The security is tight without being annoying and the location is absolutely prime with the V&A waterfront literally 5-8 minutes walks away

The check-in process could have been made slightly easier and efficient if the management used the ID/passport numbers and room allocation information we shared with them before arriving rather than asking us for it again at check-in. Because our group was so large it took a long time to get everyone into the systema and processed. However, the second round of check-ins was much smoother

The apartment was spacious and well positioned fairly close to the Aquarium and Red Buses. We felt very safe and cared for. Special mention goes to Anthony, who offered advice on trips and taxis and quickly dealt with the problem we had with the shower. The apartment was so well equipped that it felt like home.We just loved our stay, the view over the canal and using the swimming pool. A gem we would recommend to anyone planning a stay in Cape Town.

Just about everything was great. One thing to mention is the key fob that regularly let just one of us through the gate and left the other on the outside. We had to rely on residents to get us in on several occasions.

EVERYTHING! Truly ... we were honestly blessed to had chosen this apartment. The staff.... especially Mr Booysen who welcomed us into our room and helped us arrange trips around Capetown with another amazing gentleman Mr Winston.... we are ever so thankful to you'll in everyway and without a doubt would most definitely highly recommend you and would return again there for sure. The kindness, care, support and help given to my family during our stay at the Mountain Marina Apartment with such stunning views, comfort, relaxation, everything provided (JUST AMAZING).... gave us fond memories of our holiday to Capetown forever. Nothing! Loved it all. Everyone went out their way to help us... even to loan us the adapter plugs so we could us our equipment such as charge our phone. There was NOTHING we could fault at this place.

Lovely location. the place was walking distance to the Waterfront. The property has an electricity backup solution which was required due to the constant power cuts.

The property did not match what I thought I was booking. The property we stayed at did not match the reservation pictures. Incorrect advertising. Ocean view- none. Barbecue- none, Mountain view- none. Air-con did not work and we could not warm up the place.

Other than check in. It was perfect .Although the check in was smooth, friendly, helpful and professional I think the process could be made more efficiently.. This is the fifth time we are staying at this Property owned apartments and check in always has long lines and long waiting times. The time waiting is usually as the security has to multitask and are at different stages with different groups for check in and then they have to wait for a staff member who has to come from somewhere in the apartment block to accompany the check in. There must be a faster process than this

I loved having a washer and dryer! It’s a game-changer for an Airbnb. The view is amazing and the apartment’s location near the V&A Waterfront is something really special. There’s also a great gym in the building!

The building manager demanded a tip as if it were another fee to be paid (something that was not previously informed). And the worst part, for us, was the fact that they sent the maid to our apartment when we were not there, even after we had informed them more than once that we did not need or want housekeeping during our short stay. We reiterated this more than once, and yet someone entered our apartment and went through our belongings while we were out, without prior notice and contrary to what had been agreed upon. This certainly broke our trust and greatly reduced the chances of a recommendation. The glass bathroom door, which offered little privacy, was a disappointing aspect of our stay. We believe a solid wooden door would have been a better fit for the room.
