This is a beautiful and exquisite hotel, walking into the door is attracted by the careful arrangement of every place, the room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the hotel owner is very warm, friendly, the staff is in place, the hotel location is very good, to the city center and the water front are very close, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Cape Town.

We stayed for 8 nights at the Greenhouse a small friendly guesthouse ,we loved the location short walk or uber to the V&A waterfront, plenty of restaurants near hotel as well a a shopping mall with food outlets 5 minutes away, guesthouse was very secure , room was very spacious and clean with a small kitchen area which was ideal, We arrived late and were very tired after our long flight and Gordon helped us check in helping us with our bags , Harry and Barbara the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly giving information and advice on were to go and how to get to places...Must mention the lovely Judith who was so very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble ,she is an absolute gem and a great asset to the Greenhouse Guesthouse . If we ever get to Cape Town again we would not hesitate to stay at the Greenhouse Guesthouse

The room was quite spacious, with big private bathroom and kitchen, equipped with all necessities and clean! Location is perfect to go around the city - close to VA, but also city center and very convenient in case of commuting anywhere further. What we appreciate the most though, was the hospitality of Judith in reception ☺️ She was always extremely kind and helpful, giving us tips and recommendations with huge smile, it made our stay even more like “at home”. Thank you very much!!

We only had a window in the kitchen, it would be nice to have it also in the room, but it wasn’t bothering us

The hospitality, friendliness and warm welcome of the staff ( Judith and the owner) was exceptional; the beds super comfortable and rooms very roomy and very quiet. The location is superb. Within 17 min walking distance to the waterfront and if not walking a quick and affordable Uber drive .

The stairs was an initial concern, but the staff carried our luggage up and down, and even my dad with a walker had no difficulty with it.

The guesthouse is located within walking distance to many eateries, V&A Waterfront 800m or so, food market, laundry, Shopping Mall and a beautiful Catholic Church just a short walk away (400m) from the guesthouse. The guesthouse is managed by a lovely couple Harry and Barbara who went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. Tours were arranged for us. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean daily. Facilities, there is a kitchen in the room which comes in handy and really good for Families, Couples and Group of Friends who enjoy cooking their own meals. There is no swimming pool at the guesthouse, Overall it was a lovely place to stay in Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa.

There are no lift to get to the reception. One has to walk up the stairs. For people with knee problem, it might be a hassle going up and down the stairs.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was immaculate - beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the cozy living area and the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to all the top attractions and sights in the area. I was able to walk to several great restaurants and shops nearby. The host provided lots of helpful local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The combination of the lovely accommodations, the gracious host, and the convenient location made for an absolute dream stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area - it's a true gem! I hope to have the chance to return again soon."

Judith, the receptionist, was super helpful. Super amazing and very friendly. Owners are very nice people. The room was really spacious, had a double balcony with a great view to the City. The location was perfect, walking distance from V&A and so many nice places. There was even an info guide/directory with hospitals, tours and reservations etc and they'd readily assist you to contact any of these or direct you if needed.

Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Great shower too. Good location on main road near Sea Point / Green Point. If you are lucky you can ask for the parking bay. Wouldn't walk to far, better to Uber as a very busy road and not well lit at night. Beach literally a stones throw away. Sat on the balcony with a bottle of wine from the fridge which was wonderful. Thanks so very much for the stay.

AC not great so room was very warm

Everything about our stay here was amazing! Harry and Barbara are the kindest hosts who will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Harry even went through the trouble of driving us to the waterfront instead of us needing to walk. We needed to check in early and they were very accommodating with this request, and the room was already made up and ready when we got there. The location is superb, close to every attraction we wanted to see and to the restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfy. The drinks fridge at the entrance is such a convenient touch to be able to get last minute waters, wine etc. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Cape Town!

Have no complaints!

Good value for money and in walking distance of some nice restaurants/cafes, the V&A waterfront and city bus on the doorstep. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the front room and had no issues with noise, actually quite peaceful.

No one ever seemed to be at reception except for when we arrived. However we were out most of the days.
