Ecstatics beautiful. The bed is pretty uncomfortable But everything else was good

The bed was unconformable.

The neatness and comfort of the apartment are home away from home.From the door, my daughter and I get friendly service.We love the helpfulness of the security Mandy and the guys at the door.It was so peaceful just the place to get away from the noise if you wanna be private and rest peacefully at night.

The aircon didn't work.

- Lovely smelling lobby with posh upmarket decor - Small thing but doormen opened and closed main hotel doors every time we entered and left - 6 hour earlier check in for 1000R (well needed as we were exhausted from travelling) - Spacious and clean apartment - Great location - 10 min walk to V&A waterfront along one straight road, 30 min walk to Bo Kaap area - Woolworths supermarket a few doors down so really handy to get milk, water, snacks etc and keep in fridge - Netflix and YouTube available on living room TV

- No plug sockets in bedroom so phones, hair straighteners etc need to be charged in living room. Inconvenient as you’d ideally want phones charged overnight next to bed - Tv in bedroom didn’t work - Bedroom is located next to door so can hear guests walk and talk in corridor along with doors slamming - No temperature control or air con in bedroom so became hot and uncomfortable to sleep in at times - Pool area needs more TLC, the deck chairs are made of solid wood and they had no cushions or covers on So are not comfortable to sit and relax on

Nice kitchen with everything you need, nice bed and bathroom

The door of the balcony can not open, and there is no windows. So the apartment gets zero fresh air. Also the aircon did not work

Very safe around and in the building. There is a pub right next door so if you want to have a drink at night time it is convenient. The Cape royale is beautiful. Door men and reception are very friendly.

The airconditioning did not work all the time. The apartment itself is - because it is part of the Cape Royale - sheltered within the building and does not get very hot, so we didn't miss the airco much.

the property is centrally located and you could walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the promenade for a walk . reception was really good since there is actually a reception desk so check in and out was a breeze. Clean and comfy and really good value for money. Also safe parking space and a really good coffee shop !

The facilities of the apartment were excellent. It was clean, modern and safe. The kitchen was well equipped with washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. Even provided washing powder and dishwasher tablets. Big plus was the rooftop pool. Had sun loungers, seating area and BBQ facilities. Great place to chill out. Great outdoor space. Good, safe parking space provided on site. Easy to get to motorway and only 30 minutes drive from the airport. Beautiful building. Most are residential units with a few rentals. Great location. Only 10 minute walk to V&A Waterfront. Good supermarket and restaurants on the same street. The communication with the property and our co ordinator Yolanda was great, though the issue with the safe wasn't resolved and we couldn't use it. Check in and out was smooth and very accommodating to our situation.

Nothing major, just minor maintenance issues. Few light blubs needed replacing together with the batteries in the wall clock. The safe needed a code to unlock but never received the information to unlock it and reset.

Loved everything about the apartment it was quaint, well equipped and location was great for us plus the views from the mini balcony were lovely. Yolanda and Valerie wwee

That we couldnt stay longer

Amazing location, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and V&A waterfront. Apartment was very nicely decorated.

The shower could be better as the water pressure was weak and the taps meant it was either too hot or too cold.

I loved the location, the apartment itself was great. The staff was nice

The towels were dirty with hairs on them. Our access card was blocked on the second day , the lady said we checked out. But but the matter was solved. No sleeping pillow for the person sleeping on the couch I had to use the cushion
