Gorgeous hotel, love the decor and overall feel. It felt more like an experience than simply a hotel. The staff were friendly and professional and check-in was easy. The room setup was impressive, including the Nespresso coffee + pods and milk, and the quality amenities (kettle, soaps, etc). Not many hotels offer bathrobes anymore, so that was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was also divine, both the eggs benedict and the iced coffee.

The bed was uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on my husband's side of the bed (it's two beds pushed together), to get a good night's sleep. There was a big gap between the beds where the beds were pushed together.

This hotel was made for Instagram. The furniture, industrial fit out and style are super cool in design. The location was good, but you have to drive to V&A or get an Uber, not a walkable city. The breakfast team, coffee and food were great

The staff were ok. We tried to do our laundry in the room as there was a new washing machine. We finally got some powder (3requests) only to realize it wasn’t even connected to the water. There’s no elevator to the rooms. Water pump noise and nearby music are difficult for any light sleepers.

Location near Waterfront, Cruise Terminal and downtown. Car parking available within building. Staff are amazingly attentive and keen to help. New (independent) restaurant opened in complex called Bellagio, superb food and setting and only 20m walk.

Front office staff have to also run bar, help with luggage and the restaurant, too many tasks. Kettle didn’t work and was not fixed during stay. Room was very narrow and cramped.

Fabulous building, great rooms and work space - all very well designed

Set up not efficiently managed - staff unsure about who were hotel guests or visitors which led to an embarrassing delay in settling a breakfast bill for a client - I was told to refer to management at the front desk to confirm breakfast for my client (the hotel guest) was still included which I had already received written confirmation of. Service for coffee also slow and hotel guests expected to wait at the bar for breakfast coffee when there should have been table service.

Kelvin, Carlo and Skylar were fabulous, warm, helpful hosts. They and the other staff, including the excellent in house cafe staff were the highlight of our stay. Breakfast included was fab! The atmosphere the team created was so welcoming. The location is great a few minutes from the waterfront. Parking on site is very convenient. The beds are very comfy and the location is quiet despite being so central to key attractions.

Room needs a refresh and with the weather being particularly inclement during our stay, it was a little on the cool side. I understand this will be addressed shortly.

Stylish interior, friendly staff

Specifically requested a room with a bath however the Bath didn’t have hot water and water didn’t drain. Water drainage system of the building is disturbing. Restaurant closed early and is more suitable for breakfast

Great, lovely choice. Great surroundings. You can choose to eat inside or outside on their terrace. Staff were super friendly and as the hotel is part of a flexible office space unit it has an incredible atmosphere.

The possibility to lower the temperature of the air con from the pre-set 21C would be great.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff, situated in an ideal part of the city - near to the Waterfront and not far from the centre either (everything within reasonable walking distance). Our room was extremely spacious and had amazing features. The small restaurant provided us with very reasonable breakfasts, and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We had one problem which was not the fault of the staff but I am writing to the management about it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Keeping visitors up to date via whatsapp group was most helpful

My only complaint is that the water in the shower did not run out fast enough so it overflowed with each shower, no matter how short a shower you took
